I never did think I would ever end up falling in love with my bestfriend, Jeon Jungkook..

Jungkook and I have been bestfriends since middle school, and I never thought I would fall in love with him, until our 2nd year of high school.

I dont know how but I did, I feel like we have such a strong connection with each other. It hurts me so much becuase I cant tell him how i feel becuase he will never feel the same way about me, he has had his eyes fixed on his "close friend" park jimin. Jungkook started liking him a little but after I started to have feelings for him.

I feel like such a fool for loving someone who will never love me back.

Jungkook, I will always be here waiting for you.. I love you.

"Taehyung, Wake up. You have school in an hour." I hear my mom say from the kitchen.

I get up ruffeling my messy bed hair checking my phone that was on my nightstand.

"5 messages from: kookie" oh?

Kookie:

heyyyy

hyung? are you still asleep???

taeehhyungggiiee wakkee upp

meet me at the bus stop when youre on your way hyung

"ah, what a kid." i say laughing.

Me:

ah, sorry kook. i just got up, ill be there in 20-30 mins.

Kookie:

okay hyung, ill be waiting.

time skip

"jungkook-ah! sorry for making you wait." I said while walking up to him giving him a fake box smile from exhaustion from waking up.

"hey hyung, nah youre good." he says as we are walking into the entrance of our school.

"so what are you doing later? wanna hang out at my place after school?"

"I would love to take the offer but I already told jimin hyung I would go to his place today, maybe tomorrow?" he said while rubbing the back of his neck.

"oh, okay. thats cool, tomorrow it is." I said giving him the fakest smile.

"okay. ah, maybe we will finally make a move on me" he says laughing and winked at me.

my heart sank at that comment.

"am I not good enough for you?" I thought as we were walking into class

Lunch

"taehyung? are you okay?" namjoon hyung says rubbing my back

i dont respond, i just sit there and glare at jungkook that is a few tables down from us.

"aw tae, itll be okay. im sure he will come to you, maybe you should confess to him before he confesses to jimin."

"hyung, you know i cant do that. It's so obvious he doesnt like me the way i like him. its only going to ruin our friendship, he will hate me forever and i dont want that to happen. i will just wait until he comes to me." i paused, "if he ever will.." i said putting my head in my hands.

"you have a point there but you wouldn't know until you do it, im not going to force you to confess but im just saying maybe you should, and if you get turned down just play it off like it was a joke. tell him i dared you to tell him you like him."

"like i said, ill wait even though it hurts me."

i just got finished thowing my food away and suddenly jungkook walks up to me

"hey hyung... are you okay? i saw you and namjoon hyung talking and you didnt seem too happy. if you need to talk im always here for you, you know that right?"

"yeah, i know. but i dont think i can talk to you about this, thanks anyways." i said turning from him walking away, with a saddened look on my face.

How am I supposed to tell my bestfriend that I like him? This is driving me crazy, I just want to tell him how much i love him without him running away from me and judging me, i dont want him to hate me for it. I wish you'd find the exit out of my head, i dont know what to do about you anymore Jeon Jungkook.
