【War】

Everyone wants shelter.
People are brainwashed, tortured and being sent to safer places where they will apparently have a better life.
Children stay with them. The "bosses".
To make people forget is their only goal.
They don't care about war and safety. They want to make people believe it's someone else's fault.

【Districts】

Hundreds and thousands of districts around the world.
Some are safer than the rest, since some of them are located in unusual places or have holes in the walls big enough for outsiders to invade.

【Outsiders】

The people who escaped or weren't even caught.
They steal and destroy everything that doesn't belong to them.
Living with animals, sleeping under a crashed plane... These people didn't want to be saved.

The safest district, District 9, located on the Bahamas, is said to be the safest place you can find shelter during this critical period of time.
However,
Only 9 males and 9 females are allowed to enter and take shelter.
