Chapter 8

Jaebum opened the door, he'd been waiting for his friend for an hour now.
"What took you so long? I've been wai-" he begin nagging at Jinyoung but stopped midway when he saw someone else with him.
"Hi Jaebum hyung" Yugyeom greeted, smiling widely
"Hey Gyeom, What are you doing here?" he asked
"I found him on the way, He's here to see Youngjae" Jinyoung explained,
"Oh Well, come on in" Jaebum said taking them both inside.

"Hyung!" Yugyeom called when he saw Youngjae immediately running to hug his brother. Youngjae was surprised
"Gyeomie, what are you doing here?" he questioned
"I came to see you! Jinyoung hyung brought me with him" Yugyeom told

"Thank you, Jinyoung, sorry for causing you trouble" Youngjae said to Jinyoung
"No, he wasn't any trouble at all. I was coming over to get Jaebum anyway" Jinyoung replied

The thought as it crossed Youngjae'mind left him anxious. Yugyeom didn't know about the whole arrangement of his marriage and he had to make sure he doesn't know.

"Jaebum ah" he called out making his husband turn giving him an almost unreasonable expression. Before Jaebum had a chance to say something, Youngjae dragged him along, holding his arm.
"Ya, are you out of your mind?" Jaebum asked once they were alone
"Shh can you be quiet for a second." Youngjae whispered,, putting a hand on the other's mouth without realizing it.

He abruptly pulled it back as soon as he noticed and turned his back towards the other.

"Yugyeom doesn't know anything. He doesn't know the reason I married you or anything else about the deal between you and our father" Youngjae spoke, playing with the ring on his finger.

"He does not know and I don't want him to either. So..."

"So? " Jaebum asked cockily

"So can you not be an asshole while my brother is around?" Youngjae said turning his face towards the elder

"Tsk" was all that the elder responded with, before they both walked back outside the room.

Jinyoung gave a questioning look to Jaebum who didn't seem to pay any mind to that.
"We should get going" Jaebum said to him. Jinyoung nodded, walking out shortly followed by the raven haired.

"Bye bye Jinyuoung hyung, Jaebum hyung!!" they heard Yugyeom say behind them. A smile made its way to Jinyoung' s face.

They sat in the car and Jaebum noticed something lying on the dashboard.
"What are these?" he questioned, pointing at the cups.
"Ah, we stopped for some coffee" Jinyoung reasoned.
"What's up with you?"
"What?"
"Usually everyone is trouble to you" Jaebum said,
"Jaebum, whatever it is you're thinking, stop thinking it" Jinyoung sighed, "It's not like that okay, I just met him on the way and we got coffee. That's all." he continued
"I didn't say anything" Jaebum smirked.

"Mark?" Jackson called out, opening the door and entering the room.
"Yes, I will talk to you about it later Mom, bye" he disconnected the phone call, turning his attention to his boyfriend.
"Were you looking for me?" Mark smiled, and the other nodded
"Was it from home? Is everything okay?" Jackson asked worried
"Yeah, it's nothing much, Mom wants me to visit that's all" Mark told, pressing a quick kiss to the other's head and taking his hand
"Come on let's eat"

Jackson knew there was more to it but stayed quite as they both sat down to eat.
"So are you going to go visit?" Jackson asked, swallowing the rice in his mouth.
"Hmm, I'm not planning on it right now. You know how my Mom has been because I decided to live here in Korea" Mark answered
'then what about the tickets in the drawer' Jackson wanted to ask but the but the question dies on the tip of his tongue. He couldn't put a finger on it. Why was Mark being secretive about visiting US. Why didn't he just tell him?

"Jackson what's wrong?" Mark asked, noticing that the boy had gone quiet.

"Nothing"
