"Aaaaand.... THERE!"

Daisy jumps up and down and claps her hands. She had just adjusted the last blanket of the fort and it was a beauty. It was big enough for everyone on the team to sit under although she was sure some of them wouldn't want to.
"Wow it's actually not bad," Mack says with a half smile.
"Wow thanks big guy, now give me the snacks," Daisy eagerly says. Mack only scoffs as he hands her 5 of the 6 bags of chips and 4 bottles of soda.
"Wow the fort looks amazing!" Fitz said walking back into the room.
"Credit to Daisy and I," Jemma announced, she gave a slight bow and Daisy did too a few seconds later.
Mack, Elena, Daisy, Jemma, and Fitz all got comfortable under the fort and pressed play on the movie. Coulson sat on the bed and watched from there. Everyone was so focused on the movie they didn't notice May slipping in and sitting next to Coulson. She had changed into a a black tank top with a pair of grey sweatpants. Coulson smiled as she sat down next to him and she gave a half smile back. May gave his knee a tight squeeze before laying against the backboard. She'd seen the movie before so she distracted herself by grabbing a small piece of paper and slowly ripping pieces off and throwing them in Fitz's hair. She hadn't missed once. She was so distracted and wrapped up in her own thoughts that she didn't realize Simmons looking over and giggling. She ignored her, but she still dropped the last piece of paper in Fitz's hair. Jemma elbowed Daisy and glanced over to Fitz's hair. She got the message immediately and started giggling too before passing it on to Mack who was beside her and Elena who was sitting next to Mack. Soon they were all chuckling and laughing at Fitz and he only looked around in confusion.
"What're you guys laughing about?" He questioned in his usual Scottish accent.
"N-nothing," Jemma stuttered, trying to contain her laughter.
"Well it can't be nothing," Fitz made a gesture with his hand.
"Sorry, we were laughing at the movie," Daisy says while still laughing.
"Hmm. Alright then," he questioned whether it was true or not, but decided to let it go.
They all got comfortable again, refilling their drinks or grabbing a different bag of chips, but Coulson sat up next to May. He struggled a bit, but managed to do so.
"You're too old for this," she whispered.
"You're the same age as me!" he argues playfully.
"Hm. I wouldn't know," she said with a smirk.
He smiled from her last remark as he moved his hand over to hold hers. She hesitated at first, but eventually put her hand over his. It was getting late and the movie was ending. Everyone was tired and got up to dismantle the fort. When they looked up again they realized May had fallen asleep on Coulsons shoulder and they were holding hands.
They smiled and giggled maniacally like children and they started taking pictures.
"Hey, do you guys wanna spend the night in my room too?" Daisy asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I have to go, but I'll be back tomorrow," Elena commented.
"Me too," Mack said.
"Alright well, me and Fitz can stay the night!" Jemma said excitedly.
"Well I guess we've concluded that me and May are staying too," Coulson said with a smile. He gestured towards May who was sleeping peacefully.
"Here, I'll move her slightly and we'll just leave her on the bed," Daisy added.
She walked over to where May was laid, unsure of how to proceed. She awkwardly grabbed her by the arms and slowly and carefully pulled on her until Coulson was released.
"I only have 3 sleeping bags so someone's gonna have to sleep with May," she said with an awkward tone.
"Ehhh, Coulson should sleep with her," Fitz said sheepishly.
"Alright, but why me?" he said with slightly confused tone. He knew why, he'd just like to hear their reason.
"Cause she actually likes you," Fitz said as he placed his sleeping bag next to Jemma. He was to the right of her while Daisy was to the left who was also next to Coulsons side of the bed.
"You know she really likes you guys right?" Coulson said after a bit.
"Hm?" Jemma asked confused.
"May. She really likes you guys. She's just doesn't show it a lot," he said with a bit of a sad tone and a half smile.
"Oh..."

ITS LIKE 3 IN THE MORNING NOW

Daisy stared at the ceiling as her thoughts ran through her mind. She couldn't sleep without screaming sometimes and she felt that today of all days wasn't a good time to show it.
She was fiddling with her thumbs and thought she was hallucinating when she heard someone crying in the sheets. She sat up and looked at everyone who was asleep soundly. Jemma was wrapped up in a cute little ball and Fitz was too. Coulson was just laying there and May had her knees up. She smiled at the sight and went she laid down again when she heard the whispers. She sat up and gazed upon everyone, but her confused look settled on Coulson. Since it was dark nobody would see them, but Daisy had been awake long enough that her vision had adjusted to the darkness.
"May you're ok," he said. He now sat up slightly and had his arms wrapped around her.
It was just barely audible, but Daisy could hear the muffled choked sobs which she guessed was May.
"May, shshshshhh, you're ok," he repeated. The muffled sobs soon stopped, but she could tell from his placement that they still held on to each other. She looked up slightly only to find May soundly asleep with Coulsons arms wrapped around her. She grinned at the sight, but frowned again after she thought about it for a bit.

5 IN THE MORNING

Daisy was still awake, she'd fallen asleep for a bit, but after a few minutes she'd awaken again. She stare at the ceiling and then decided to check her phone. The light blinded her so she turned her brightness down and began to scroll through her pictures. It was mainly pictures of the team together and random pictures of people with random filters. She barely had any pictures with May, which disappointed her. May had always been someone she looked up to. More than an S.O., as a mother figure. She never really had anyone to teach her the things she did or comfort her when she really needed. And even though May was serious and stern most of the time, didn't mean she'd rather have anyone else to do the things she did for her.
She heard some movement once again and sat up to single out the source.
"Speak of the devil," Daisy said with a smile.
"What're you doing up?" May whispered.
"Couldn't sleep," she replied with a sad tone.
"Been there," May said with a sigh.
"How about you, why are you up?" Daisy questioned with a raised eyebrow.
"Tai-Chi. And training," she stated. May turned around and headed out the door, Daisy only stared at her as she walked away.
