Five years later

Somewhere deserted, in the St. Gilgen village of Austria, there stood a small hut, circulated by large bushes and a fountain on the side making the area look presentable and cozy to be called a home. Inside the small cottage, the interior wasn't luxurious or costly; it was normal per say comprising of a small couch, a bed, a television set right in front of the bed. On the right, a small kitchen set up, while the opposite side had two doors beside the other. 

One presumably a washroom, and the other opened into a huge control room comprising of various large computer screens flashing the various parts of the Austria.

The two people controlling the cameras had their eyes fixated on the screens unaware of the one who stood behind them with a smile. 

"You two are watching the screens as if a bomb Is about to explode." The person from behind interrupted them, and the male and female turned to see their boss standing there with a grin plastered on her lips. 

White shirt tugged in blue jeans; hair tied in a high pony tail, silver watch shining on her wrist, while her face, her still so beautiful and enchanting face was still the same from years ago. 

Simone Thompson, the remarkable beauty and Mafia, now a calm and peaceful woman was the symbol of hope. Hidden hope who saved people to redeem herself from her past sins. 

Death was too good for her to be unburdened, but she chose a better option for herself five years ago when she did something that no one knew of. 

The code 21 of life and death was brought into action by her. It separated her from every one, but it brought her closer to herself.

Her lost self. The one to be credited entirely was her ever so wonderful and brave muse, Ashton Walker's whose morals did the inevitable for her.

Something which he himself wasn't aware of. 

"Ma'am, we were just being careful." Rising to his feet, the guy replied making Simone chuckle. 

She sat on the chair next to the women, and eyed the screens, zooming on the Walker's, Jones, and Ford households that were now a place of love and laughter. Everyone was happy; everyone was rid of the terror of Austria but no one knew that the terror was now their saviour in every mess. 

"You haven't still told us why you did what you did, five years ago but now I think we have an inkling of where it has emerged from." The woman said eyeing Simone keenly. 

"Tisca, when you fell in love with Jonas, what was the first thing you thought about?" Simone asked her once upon a time secretary now in charge with a known smile playing on her lips. 

"I bet she thought to punch me more than she thought to confess her love to me." Jonas butt in earning a glare from his wife who smacked his bicep. 

"I won't deny this part but I think Jonas she did cut you some slack." Simone replied amused; her eyes sparkled in humor making the couple chuckle. 

"I think I just wanted to leave everything bad, and get myself a cozy home, and sit with him all day in peace. But given the scenarios, we had, it was impossible until you came." Tisca replied to the earlier query. Simone stood up on her place, coming face to face with the screen that had zoomed on Ashton's mansion in Austria which was newly renamed as Alisha Mansion. She kept her hand on the screen and just then it showed Ashton making his way out talking on his cell. 

"I did it for the one who made me realize that I don't have a future if I continue to be a bitch; a hateful, an insensitive person who judges every single soul on the basis of what came her way. I did it all for the one who made me understand that I'm lucky to breathe, so why should I spend those times in hating people rather than spreading love which is what would help anyone to live, to suucceed, and to redeem." She stated caressing her Ashton's face with a smile. She shut her eyes as the day of her major dropout from the Mafia world flashed in front of her again in full force but today she didn't stopped the memories, she allowed them to wash over her, in order to finally let go of.
