Confused, but worried for her safety Violet ran after Ella. Noticing she was going deeper into the woods Violet lost track of Ella. Now Violet was lost. Lost in a cursed wood.
Violet kept on walking until she came across a weird looking tree. The tree looked like a man, But were his hands should of been there were vines growing. The vines looked like ropes. Curious, Violet walked up to the man tree a bird squawked at her. Jumping, Violet had become tangled in the vines. The vines tangled around her neck.
Beginning to panic Violet began to struggle.
"Don't move" a voice said.
Violet looked around but there was no-one there. Just her and the bird.
"You will snap your juicy neck doing that" it said again
The bird waddled over to a close branch and stared at Violet struggling.
"I wouldn't" the bird said.
Violet screamed then you heard a snap. Violet went limp. Her neck was broken. The bird sat on top of her lifeless body and began to claw at her eyes. Once the bird had clawed his way to her skull, with one hard peck he opened it like it was nothing.
Laughing maniacally the bird dug into her brain.
Kim and four boys had come to look for Violet.
The bird, once he had finished his meal sat inside her head.
Kim and the boys found Violet hanging on the tree. Kim screamed and began to sob on the floor in dismay.
"I did warn her you know" the bird chuckled in a British accent. All the boys ran away screaming like girls leaving Kim on her own.
"Do you want to join me?" a voice said.
Kim looked up to where the voice came from then she looked at Violet's body. It moved until it looked like Violet was looking down. Kim blinked three times really fast and when she looked back up at Violet, Violet was grinning at her, still hanging on the man tree. She looked like a hanging voodoo doll grinning with no eyes.
Kim sat there staring at Violet's voodoo face.
"Do. you. want. to. join. me?" Violet said tilting her head.
"What? no of course not. Your dead."
"Am I? Or are you just losing it" Violet smiled meanly
"No, Your dead. Your bone is sticking out of your neck. Also that weirdly talking bird has brains in and on him mouth."
"Well if I'm dead, how is it we are talking" Suddenly Violet's bod drops to the floor.
Kim jumps pushing herself away from her.
Violet crawls around all creepy and bent over backwards. She keeps tilting her head from side to side then she smiles sickly
Kim sits up against a tree watching in horror.
"Fine is fine my dear Kimberly" Violet said pulling her head closed.
"Join me and we can be friends, forever"
The way Violet said forever echoed in Kim's ear.
"forever, forever, forever"
Kim sat up straight.
"And we will be friends forever" She said in a sleepy trance.
Kim's face turned serious. She walked over to the bird who was angry about being thrown from his new home. Kim grabbed the bird and twisted his neck with a crunch.
She then plucked every feather from the bird smiling as she counted.
"One, Two, Three. Now Violet, Kill me" Kim awoke rom the trance like state and realised what she had just said.
"No, no, no" She said before bolting in the opposite direction. Running out of options Kim made it to the cliff. Looking below she watched at the waves crashed against the sharp rocks. should she jump or fall she would surely die. While Kim was watching the waves she hadn't noticed Violet behind her.
"You wouldn't really kill me would you Vee?" Kim Stuttered. Swallowing her breath Kim looked at Violet smiling evilly. Violet had something in her hands. It was vines from the tree she died at.
"I'm sorry for what happened to you I truly am, but I am the master of my fate not you." Kim said before leaping off the cliff into the sea below.
