People often tell me not to take anything for granted.
But I don't think that's something I can help.
It's human nature to become comfortable with something.
Every time I see my boyfriend I don't yelp
with joy or excitement. I've seen him a thousand times.
And when we break up, whenever that may be,
I'll be in tears on the floor because I was too
jaded by his presence to appreciate him
and that some new girl will make him happier because she
loves and appreciates him more than I ever could.
