"No!" I shouted, receiving mean looks from everyone else. I pulled the earbuds and USB out of the computer.
Our spot?? What was she talking about? The only spots we had to call ours would be the treehouse in my yard or the-
My phone began to ring, I look down at it to see that it's Taylor.
*Click*
"Hello?"
"Tim?"
"Who else would have answered?"
"Is Karley with you?" I froze.
"No."
"Have you talked to her? She was supposed to come over an hour ago for my slumber party. Maybe she's hurt."
"Or she didn't want to go? Maybe she's sick." I tried.
"Tim, we're eating cookie dough ice cream and watching Frozen. Do you REALLY think she'd miss out on that?"
Frozen and cookie dough ice cream were definitely her favorite things ever, aside from her phone and that charm bracelet that she's worn since forever. Apparently all of the charms had special meanings to them each and she told me, I just can't seem to remember them.
"Maybe she's hurt!"
"Tay, chill. She's probably fine. You know how she likes to take looong naps."
"Tim, she won't answer her phone. Something's wrong! I'm going to her house if I don't hear from her within the hour."
"No Taylor-"
