This was the day in history that changed the lives of many teens and pre teens. This was the day Harry Styles auditioned on The X Factor.
For me, my life probably hadn't changed until a couple of days after that because I usually didn't watch TV. So I hadn't caught on until my friends told me about him and the other boys. Around that time I was only focused on Justin Beiber, winning pizza parties with my class and my flower science project.
And in that moment that I heard about him my life added another thing to my brain that was already overflowing in different singers, shows, and books that I liked back then.
I remember the first time I saw Harry. Back then my family had Verizon so there was on demand and I luckily was able to get the episode where he auditioned and was in awe. I just sat and listened to every word he said almost as if he was a teacher.
(Which is quite ironic because when it came to paying attention in class.i was the worst at it. Oops)
The 16 year old boy who had a great voice and worked in a bakery caught my attention over a teacher who had spent 4 years of college(or more) to be qualified to ACTAULLY teach me things.
From then I was hooked and I started to watch the X Factor more. Back then I was more of a Cartoon Network/Disney/Nickelodeon type of kid so i didn't really pay attention to shows like that until then.
And that is how I came across the one we directioners know as a frog bo- I mean great singer/performer/person:
Harry Styles
