Jungkook was lazing around in his bed, taking turns in sleeping and eating some snacks he found in the surroundings of his bed (because he was just so lazy to get up and properly eat something). This time his hand reached a half-eaten bag of nachos, mostly crumbled but still eatable, perfect. He unlocked his phone and clicked open a news article notification he had received sometime earlier the day. The hand that had been going toward his mouth to stuff it disgustingly full of nachos, came to an abrupt stop when his eyes read the headline.
A MAN SENTENCED TO PRISON RELEASED AFTER A CASE REOPENING
Jungkook felt a wave of uneasiness rush through his body as he processed the words in his mind. He knew prisoner Park got his case opened again after the Kim guy showed up, but this couldn't be it, right? He scrolled down to start reading as his gut was telling him something bad was going to happen.
The man who had been sentenced behind bars for murder has been released due to finding the real culprit. The real murderer confessed when the earlier this year prosecuted was being interviewed by defender Oh, leaving the whole courtroom in shock.
The innocent man who was locked up for the last six months will get repayment for his time in prison. For the verdict, the new prosecuted is sent to a mental asylum due to a doctor's statement.
Cold sweat ran down Jungkook's back as he stared the screen. His hands were both shaking from fear and his mouth had never felt so dry before. It felt like he was deaf, apart from hearing his own hollow heartbeat. He went to the comment section.

I don't understand this completely... Why wasn't the murderer guy captured earlier? Should I be scared now that the other guy is free or be, like, happy for him? Who are they? Why don't we get to know? How can we know he isn't someone of higher power and he bought himself free? Idk this just feels fishy... And If he really didn't do it, why was he in prison the first place? If he had been accused of such a crime, how weak was his defense if he still ended up in prison? Is there a connection between the two men?

That guy is a bitch. Either he wanted attention from the world or then he did it. Like fucking seriously??? Why was he locked up if he didn't do it? I hope he got raped.
Raped. The guard made a dash to the bathroom and bent over the toilet to throw up. He was just so confused at his reason to live at the moment. The sweat gluing his shirt to his skin was cold but otherwise, his body felt so hot. He felt sick and disgusting, which both he probably, no, definitely was.
All the times he had forced himself on Jimin flashed through his mind, all the times he inflicted fear and pain in the smaller, completely innocent man. Jungkook grimaced when he heard Jimin's pleads to stop in his head. The things the blond said the last time he saw him played on repeat. Jimin had tried to tell him the truth and Jungkook had been so cruel.
He couldn't have known that Jimin didn't kill that poor guy, he couldn't. But Jungkook did rape him, even though it wasn't necessary for the slightest.
"God fuck," Jungkook whimpered, tears glossing his eyes as his hands balled into fists, throat on fire. "I'm such a fucking- How could I have done something like that?" He hadn't cried for such a long time but he couldn't keep his anger toward himself at bay anymore. The raven stood up and punched the tile wall so hard his knuckles drew blood. Ignoring the pain, he continued to beat the shit out of the wall, in his mind imagining it was himself.
When he was a small child, Jungkook had always wanted to do the right thing, to make sure bad people who did bad things to other people, won't get a chance to do it again. But he had done something bad, something horrible. How could he live with himself anymore?
