THE LEADER
that's me, shiverstar or queen. i accept all the forms and is in charge of the account. i direct all changes and promote apprentices to warriors and queens. i assign mentors, and approve ideas.
TAKEN

THE DEPUTY
second-in-command. they will be able to accept forms if given permission and will do MINOR changes to the account. they can write new stories and edit things. they will be a close friend or someone who works well with me. they will take my place as leader if i step off the account or be in charge if i'm gone. they can double check things and decline them if something is amiss. you must be a warrior first, or be a very close friend of mine.

MEDICINE CAT
this is a very important cat. if a roleplay dies, they are the person and or people who creates a new roleplay or tags new people to fill in old spots. you must be in training as a medicine cat apprentice before receiving this role. you will be trained by me currently.

WARRIORS
warriors can write stories and make VERY MINOR changes to the account. they can roleplay and change profile pictures and backgrounds if it clearly specifies that we are frozenclan. they MUST be an apprentice before being a warrior unless they are a close friend of mine and don't need training or have been in joint accounts lots of times.

APPRENTICES
they are warriors in training, either being trained by me or my deputy. they can do minor editing to books and can accept five forms. you can be an apprentice for as long as a month before you are promoted to warrior.

QUEENS
queens are warriors on hiatus. even if you are male you are labeled as a queen. they are the people who don't have as high of an activity level or are on vacation. if i see you aren't as active i will give you a warning, and them the second warning is you being demoted to queen. being queen doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad spot, it's also a rank where you don't receive warnings if you're leaving. you can also work on things occasionally.

ELDERS
these are retired warriors, queens, and apprentices. occasionally logging on and doing some editorial services.
