When I woke up Jesse was getting his shirt on. I got up and took my jacket off then put on a black tee. Jesse saw one tattoo on my neck and started tracing it. Someone coughed from the doorway and we both looked up to see Annie. I blushed and darted past her. "Breakfast young men!" She hollered at us before we could even get to the door. Jesse shrugged and then we both sat down and started eating. After breakfast I got a Stern talk from Randolph. "You know Jesse did the same thing when he first got here. He wasn't saved in the ocean by Willy though. He was saved in the tank." I nodded in understanding then took the bucket and started walking when something sprayed me with water. "Hey! What gives- Wait...Azmin?" She squealed and sprayed again. I took my jacket and t-shirt off then dove in. Jesse went to dive in but Randolph stopped him. "Wait....Jesse. Look no one has ever gotten in that close with her." They looked at all my tattoos and then saw me get on her back. She took me to the edge and I climbed out. "How are you so good with her?" Jesse asked as he walked up to me with a very shocked Rae and Randolph. "I was with her for four years before they stole her from me. She saved my life became my mom. I never saw a pod with her though she was always just with me." They all looked stunned and then Jesse actually took notice to one of my tattoos on my arm. It said There's no beauty in Stolen Freedom. Then it had a big orca with two little ones. "Quinton....the reason she doesn't have a pod is because she chose you over them. She chose you over her own family." I looked over at Azmin and she went over by Willy who was keeping his distance from me. "I think that might change soon." I said out loud and they all snapped towards Willy with Azmin. I dropped the towel and walked over to my Azzy. "Why'd you choose Asmin? In my people's eyes that means protector. In the eyes of the white man or other people it means Free Walker." Randolph said walking over to me. I nodded and stood up. "To our people. Randolph she is my protector." As I said that I slipped into the tank and hit my head. Everything went black.
