"Hey" I looked up to find a young man standing in front of Tiffany.

"Hey!" She stated confidently, sitting up a bit taller.

"My name's Chad." He reached his hand out to shake Tiffany's.

"Tiffany" she smiled, showing off her dimples. She knew how to charm boys into giving her their numbers and more. One time she had gotten a guy to buy her a fifty dollar dress in return for a date. She didn't go to the date though.

I laid back down and responded to the mall boy.

Me-ya, how did u get my #?

My phone buzzed a few seconds later. I smiled, and read the text.

326-544-2425-Tiffany gave it to me. Tell her I say thx btw:)

I frowned. Of course Tiffany gave him my number! That's what she was doing when she took the card. I should have known!

Me-of course she did

I glanced over at at Tiffany, who was smiling, but politely. Not like how she was before. She was holding a phone that wasn't hers, and typing something in it. Her number I'm guessing.

After Chad took back his phone he looked over at me and smiled.

"Guess I'll see you soon?" He walked away before I could answer.

"What was that about?" I asked looking over at Tiffany.

She laughed "He asked for your number." My jaw dropped.

"Did u give it to him?"

"Yes!" She burst out laughing again. I am never going to get this girl under control!

"Ugh, and you gave mall dude my number too?"

She started laughing harder yet when I said this. I rolled my eyes and looked back down at my phone that now had two texts.

326-544-2425-my name's Richie btw

326-237-8238-hey, it's chad!:)

I moaned. I was never going to get a break was I?

While I was looking at my phone. Tiffany had been checking out the guys who had been looking at me. I looked over in their direction just in time to see them motion for us to come over there.

Tiffany looked at me, as if asking "should we?". I shook my head. She looked back toward the guys and shook her head, making water fly all over me from her still-wet hair. She then motioned for them to come over, using her index finger.

I grabbed her arm

"What are you doing?!"

"I'm making them work for us." She answered, still showing off her cute dimples.

The boys unfortunately got up and began to walk towards us. Crap.

I sat up and shut off my phone.

"Tiff! I don't even know what to say!"I whined causing her to roll her eyes.

"You'll be fine."

I looked down and my swimsuit top that showed off the fact that I had no chest, and sighed. I wish I was as pretty as Tiff.

"Bridget is going to be so mad when she finds out about this!" Bridget and Tiffany had been at 'war' for as long as I could remember. They would both brag about how many numbers they've gotten or how many dates they've been on. It was ridiculous. Tiffany had been winning almost forever. I think it's her dimples, but Bridget says she is easy.

I try to stay out of the whole thing, but they are always wanting me to pick sides. And a lot of the time they fight over me.

Even with all of this going on, we are still friends. All of us.

The boys made their way over towards us. Laughing and joking to each other as they walked. I could easily pick out the cutest in the group. In fact, he was serious eye candy. He looked like a god! He had dark brown-black hair, and he was tan. And since he was shirtless, I got a good view of his six-pack.

"I like blondie." Tiffany smirked looking at a guy with almost white hair, and blue eyes. I sighed in relief, now I wouldn't have to compete with her for the hot one.

"I think the dark haired one is hot." I smiled inwardly, at the thought of getting to walk around with him, and call him mine.

Wait what! What was I thinking? He wouldn't want to date me! No one would want to date this. I looked down at my thin thighs.

As the guys arrived, Tiffany instantly began to charm the blonde guy. Whose name we found out is Sam. Which reminded me of my sister, and made me laugh.

Everyone looked at me like I was crazy.

"What's so funny?" Sam asked.

"I uh, I don't know." I smiled and felt the blush in my cheeks. Tiffany laughed to ease the tension.

"What's your name mate?" The guy with dark hair was smiling down at me.

He has an accent! That is so hot!

"Uh. Lily" I fidgeted with my fingers. God he was so hot.

"I'm James" he reached his hand out to shake mine.

Was that an Australian accent?

"Are you from Australia?"I asked eagerly. He laughed

"Ya, I moved here last year. I've heard that my accent is hot. Is this so?" He smirked.

"Yes!" I blurted out without thinking.

Crap! Did I really just say that?

He burst out laughing along with almost every guy. Even Tiffany joined in. I laughed along with them, still blushing from my outburst.

"Hey, do you guys surf?" James was asking the question. I opened my mouth to answer, but Tiffany did before me.

"No, but we want to learn." She twisted a strand of hair in her hand.

I've always known there were tons of places in Florida to surf, but I was never really interested in learning. And that wasn't going to change now.

I looked over at Tiffany and have her a "what the heck are you doing?" Glare. She just winked.

"Well I could teach you guys if you want to come with us sometime!"James was smiling.

"Do all of you guys know how to surf?" I asked curious.

"Everyone, but blondie here." He gestures to Sam. Making him frown

"It's not my fault my parents never taught me to swim!" All the guys started laughing at him.

"Well it's not that difficult to learn!" A guy from the group said, laughing even harder.

Tiffany and the guys continued to make small talk, while I sat quietly observing. This happens every time guys come up to me and Tiffany. I slowly get pushed out of the conversation. While she becomes the center of attention.

I sighed and pulled out my phone, responding to the guys.
