Walking into Sandy Hills High, i could feel everyones eyes on me. Which, isn't new. Its been like this since i was fifteen. I changed and people still cant believe it.
"Well, look what the cat drug in. I'm suprised you even come to school anymore, with your no good mother, and all. Just save yourself the embarassment and leave." Veronica Hays sneers at me from her locker with all her friends laughing at what she just said.
" Oh please, i'd rather have a drunk of a mother than one that has to sleep with my teachers just so i pass my senior year." I retort. She gasps and i swear, she was on the verge of slapping me when, Maggie, one of my best friends comes up and pulls me away.
"Oh my gosh! Have you seen the new guy. Totally drool worthy." She jumps up and down in her ratted sneakers. You see, Maggie doesnt keep up with fashion. She wears whatever is the comfiest for that day. Like today, shes wearing a hideous orange sweater and baggy jeans. Dont get me wrong, I love the girl to death but i really dont get her.
"Uh.. Well no. I just got to school. But im sure youre over exaggerating." I roll my eyes at her. No boy is drool worthy. Well, besides Travis Pastrana but thats a whole different story.
"Trust me. You will literally drool all over yourself when you see him!" She squeals as we make our way to first period.
Ah, yes. First period. my all time favorite class. Mostly because its English and we basically do nothing in there while the teacher is either absent, or drooling all over his paperwork.
As i walk in, i notice two things. One; All the girls are facing the back of the class. Second; someone took my seat. Everyone knows not to take me seat or they would get a serious ass whoopin'.
"Excuse me, you need to get the hell out of my seat." I say to the person in it. Then, I realize, this is the new guy and he really is drool worthy, but i would never admit that to Maggie. He had dark brownish black hair with the sexiest blue eyes i have ever seen.
"I dont see your name on it." The new guy smirks and leans back in MY chair.
" I'll make you a deal, you get out of my seat, and I won't kick your ass. How about that?" I put my hands on top of the desk and lean over.
"Fiesty. I like that. But, i guess ill give you your seat back, but just this one time." He winks at me and sits in the desk in front of mine.
I snort and sit down, while Maggie and my other best friend, Hailey, sit on my left and on my right. We're like the Three Musketeers. We're basically inseperable.
Hailey is more of a giry person. She LOVES her bright colors and brightly colored fingernails.
All three of us are total opposites and i think thats why we get along so well. Im the street fighter who doesnt take any shit from anyone. Maggie is the pushover and lets people walk all over her, and Hailey is the bright and cheerful head cheerleader of the team. That girl sure loves her pep.
Al through class, every girl, including Maggie and Hailey kept whispering about the new guy. He knew they were talking about him and he had a very smug look on his face.
Veronica was curently sitting on his desk flirting hard core with him while she tried to discreetly lean over so he would basically get a face full of fake boobs.
Damn, its going to be one hell of a semester.
