Ciel's POV

That high pitch voice sent shivers down my spine causing me to jump in fright. Then I could hear the sound of shoes running up the stairs, soon followed by the door being slammed open. Suddenly I was being suffocated by silky sleeved arms.

"I missed you so much, Ciel. You should invite me over more, I am your fiancé after all."

She had pulled away, allowing me to breathe. After catching my breath I ignored her statement.

"Come now, Lizzy, we must go have are a long-awaited picnic."

The girl squealed with joy and hooked her hand with my arm. Leading her down the stairs we met Sebastian who had already packed the essentials. His fake smile tells me he doesn't like this as much as I do. Somehow that makes me feel nice.

Lizzy's POV

The meadow that Sebastian picked was beautiful! Numerous colours spread out everywhere on stems that swayed slightly from the refreshing breeze. Close by was a lake that was so clear you could see the little fish that swam there. No cloud was seen anywhere making it kinda hot. But Sebastian had picked a spot under a large tree that spread a lot of shade. Right now we sat down on a bi-coloured cloth that spread out in a square, giving us enough room to sit and place the food down. Chatting and nibbling on the perfectly made sandwiches while sipping our finely poured drinks, we conversed about numerous little things.

"After we're done can we go for a walk by the lake, Ciel! Pleeeaaase!"

Using my cute voice to persuade him he obviously agreed to go straight away. Grabbing his hand we began our minor hike.

Ciel and I were heading back, it had been about 40 minutes and we didn't want the food that Sebastian was preparing to go bad. I was skipping past the edge of the lake while Ciel wondered after me. Soon the ground was nowhere to be felt and I was gliding straight towards the water.

"Lizzy watch out!"

Ciel had reached out for me but my hands were already too far away for him to reach without falling in.

"Ciel!"

My vision was soon corrupted and I could feel the water surround my form until I had completely submerged.

Ciel's POV

My hand still extended I panicked and without thinking properly I jumped in after her. Seeing her I noticed that she passed out from shock with her arm outstretched from before. Grabbing her gloved hand I pulled her up, that, however, dragged me down. Suddenly something caught my leg and I struggled against it. Looking up I saw Lizzy floating at the top with her back facing me. 'At least I saved her', was my last thought before everything went black.

Sebastian's POV

A large splash caught my attention and immediately I was running in the direction it came from. On the surface was lady Elisabeth, floating in place. However master was nowhere to be found. The realisation hit me like a brick and I quickly jumped in, ignoring the floating blonde. Instantly I saw my unconscious master trapped by the same strange rope thing. Using my demon speed I swam down to the stance cord, hitting it broke it so I guess it doesn't matter. Desperately I clutched my master, holding him protectively. By now we were at the bottom, which wasn't that deep, so I used that to my advantage. My shoes hit the rocky floor and I bent my knees slightly. Pushing off the ground with a force that cracked it, we were off like a bullet. The air hit us as we popped out of the water, it was cold and unwelcoming. However, it didn't affect me since I'm a demon and before you know it we were on land. Nevertheless master was still unconscious, water must be stuck in his windpipes. What do I do? Wasn't it called CPR or something, whatever it was I pushed down on my earl's chest three times, making sure not to break any bones with my demon strength? Pausing I listen for his breathing, getting an answer of no I repeated my actions. Not working, I didn't want to but I guess I have to. My hands opened his mouth, leaning down I pressed my lips to his and blow three times. Pulling away I collected not needed oxygen and filled my master with it in this act of kissing. Finally, this got a reaction, sitting up master erupted into a coughing fit. Remembering lady Elisabeth I left to go fetch her from the water that she sleeps in. Unlike master, she was breathing just fine. Thank Lucifer, I didn't want to kiss this annoyance in heels. My strength coming into act I held the now blissfully sleeping pair and made my way to the picnic area.

Ciel's POV

My eyelids fluttered open and instantly I covered them again with my arm. Groaning I sat up and looked around, 'where am I?' my only thought. Some movement caught my eye and I saw Lizzy stir in her sleep, her clothes stocked to her skin due to the wetness. 'Oh, that's right, we almost drowned' coming to that conclusion I assumed it was Sebastian that saved us.

"Master, you're finally awake. Did you have a nice nap?"

I expected his voice to have a teasing ring to it, but when it didn't I looked at his face and saw it was serious. Sebastian looks a lot different when he doesn't smile, weird.

"I did. What's with that look though, did something happen that I missed?"

He averted his eyes and stayed silent, why is being stubborn?

"Do I need to order you?"

Sighing he made eye contact with me.

"No my lord, I'm just being what you would call 'childish'. I had done something that you won't remember, however it's upsetting me that you won't."

What is he talking about?

"What did you do?"

This time he just turned away and begun packing up, ignoring my question completely this time. Bastard.

Sebastian's POV

I whipped the horses, making us go faster. All I could hear was the clicking of their hooves and people chatting. The laughter, chatter and yelling were all blended together, giving me a headache. Sometimes it isn't good to have the ears of a demon on a fragile human form. Not really needing to control the carriage, I leaned back and thought about that semi-kiss with the master. His lips were so soft, warmer than a demon like me and giving me electric sparks. Why did I feel so much pleasure from a simple kiss? Why did my heartbeat, even though it needn't do that? I began steering again, just to give off the effect that I'm human and can't control these domestic animals with powers I hide. By now we were already home, it was 4:58 pm, giving me about two hours to prepare for the rest of the Midfords. I could hear the little snores coming from inside the carriage. I guess I'll have to prepare new clothes for the master and his fiancé.
