When she was about 4 years of age she lost her parents.
She begin to make new friends.
They were Flora and Stella (she is Lily just pretending to be princess. Stella is just Lily in disguise).
Before Brandon and Bloom met each other, Stella put a spell on him so that she would like his brother Daniel instead.
In 1995, Bloom's parents had to fight the most evilest witch of all time.
The witch was Lily's grandmother and now Lily's mother wants to destroy their Kingdom along with Bloom.
Somewhere out their Bloom thinks her parents are still alive.
