I woke up to the smell of something being cooked. I got up and put on my robe and went to the kitchen. The table was adorned with glasses filled with orange juice and water. Breakfast including bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, and some cut up fruits was served by an handsome prince. I was impressed that Harry went out of his way to make this for me.

I took a seat at the head of the table where a plate had been set. I filled my plate up with delicious food, sinking my teeth into a piece of bacon. The salty flavor tasted amazing.

Harry walked in his boxer and apron.

"Not bad." I said between bites.

"Glad, you like it." He said.

"Thank you for breakfast." I said as we ate and drank until the food had disappeared and our stomachs no longer allowed us to fill it.

"My pleasure, you know I have to keep my babies fed." He said touching my stomach.

I smirked.

They made a brief walk across from their apartment to the Cambridges. Nicole reached forward and opened the door without bothering to knock.

"Hey guys! It's us!" Nicole exclaimed.

Harry closed the door behind them.

William came rushing down the hallway chasing a giggling Charlotte. "Aunt Coco!" Charlotte squealed.

"Char!" Nicole exclaimed.

Kate appeared with George and Louis, she swooped down and gave her a kiss on either cheek and a hug.

"Congratulations, mommy to be." Kate said.

"Thank you, Kate." Nicole said.

"Harry, you finally did it." William said giving him a hug.

"Thanks, Will." Harry said.

"I can't believe you guys are having triplets." Kate said.

"Honestly, I'm not shocked, Nicole, couldn't keep her hands off of me." Harry said.

"Oh please, you wish." Nicole said.

"I think the babies will be the first royal triplets born in history." William said.

"Aww look at that my kids already going down in history." Harry said rubbing my stomach.

"Aww, I can't believe we didn't notice your body had changed." Kate said.

"Well I'm glad, I kind of enjoyed having no one know that I was pregnant." Nicole said.

Nicole Colace made her first appearance since announcing her first pregnancy with triplets. The Princess of Avondale has been absent from public events— but today, she appeared at Buckingham Palace with Prince William, Duchess Catherine and Prince Harry in honor of World Mental Health Day.

Kensington Palace shared a photo on Twitter of the fab four at a reception "to celebrate those working in the mental health sector." Middleton, William, Colace and Harry have been heavily involved with this field in the past year, as they've been promoting their Heads Together campaign, which challenges the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
