This story is not a accurate representation of how Bts really acts in real life, this is just in me and Kiki's  fantasies.

_______________________________________

In Jimin's eyes, he was your average teenage boy in high school. Good grades. Athletic. Girls(and boys) liked him. Had friends. Fairly popular. Nothing special about him.

That's what he saw in him.

    Average. Nothing special.

Through his friend's eyes, he was much more then that. He was funny. The best grades in the whole school. Very athletic. Popular. Worked harder then everyone else. That's what they told him.

Jimin would listened and said thank you. But what he heard was all just white noise to him. Went through one ear, out the other. He never thought highly of himself.

    Never. Not once, not twice.

Even if he never thought highly of himself, That didn't stop his friends and peers from thinking so. Everyone did. Even the staff and teachers saw Jimin as a great student.

Jimin saw non of that. He just saw a failure. A mistake.

That's why Jimin kept making himself work even harder. He ate less. He worked out even more. He worked even harder on tests.

He over-worked himself. He was stressed out.

The only people he could talk about this to were his friends.

Jungkook listened the most, even if Jimin texted him at 1 am, he'd listen. He'd say all the things that he always says.

    Jimin, you're perfect.

You're doing great, don't stress yourself out.

Jimin ignored those messages, though. There still was a thought in the back of his mind.

Why was Jungkook always the one to talk with him? To help him?

Jimin just ignored that, until rumors started to spread that Jungkook liked someone.

     A male student.

Jimin prayed every night that it wasn't him and he wouldn't have to deal with relationship drama. The group of friends didn't change, but Jimin got more distant from Jungkook. He avoided him as much as he could.

He couldn't avoid him all the time, though. They were in the same group of friends.

    Key word, were.

Jimin started to make new friends. One of them, Jungkook hated.

But Jungkook still hung out with Jimin, even if it was with the person he hated.

Jimin didn't know why. He didn't want to stay to learn why, though. He started talking less to his group of friends, and sat by himself a lot.

Many people knew Jungkook liked Jimin, so when they saw this, they though the confession had gone south and Jimin rejected Jungkook.

A lot more people asked Jungkook and Jimin if the confession happened and what went wrong.

This scared the shit out of Jimin, the thought that Jungkook might actually like him.

He didn't want to get into this drama of gayness, relationships, and rejection shit. He wasn't that kind of person.

Still, he avoided(at least, tried) Jungkook at all cause. No matter what. His school year was still very normal. He studied, got good grades, stayed fit. Everything was all fine and dandy. For a while, at least.

About 4 months before the end of his junior year of high school, he started having dreams of Jungkook. Weird ones. Ones were he accepts Jungkook's confession. Were they become a cute, happy couple.

    A couple... With.. Jungkook...?

Jimin didn't like the idea of being gay. He was okay with this friends being gay, but him? He didn't want it to be true.

No, Jimin wasn't homophobic, but he just never though anyone, even a guy would like him.

He started to hangout with his group of friends a little more. He talked about some of his thoughts with them. Only the one that didn't involve Jungkook, which there was a lot of.

Jungkook was distant, though. He didn't talk with Jimin as much as he'd use too. Jimin didn't know what to think of this. Should he be happy Jungkook wasn't talking to him? Should he be worried this would ruin their friendship?

    He didn't know anymore.

He didn't talk about it much, though. He usually talk with Taehyung and Seokjin about his crises. They kept Jimin's secret silent.

Jimin didn't take his secrets being spread well.

Taehyung and Seokjin knew this. Jimin told them he left his old school because of this.

He would also know if one of them told his secret because,

He'd already be gone from the school already if they talked about it.
