Tom's contract with Death ended. All names on the list were taken and lessons were learned - the hard way. Tom was given a chance to chose either he will stay immortal or be mortal once again. Tom had lived a life for so long maybe this time he will try to take another chance, to be mortal and let the cycle of life take over.

Going to the library was a hobby that time did not take. He would regularly visit, read books he had read or simply read a new book, discover new authors. Sometimes he would think of what kind of book you would write. Not a day would pass by that he did not think of you. Tom never stops loving you, he moves on but he still loves you deeply. He cannot love anyone the way he loves you. So now he decided to live life on how you would want him to.

There was a book reading event and the library had so many people. Curiosity took over and squeezing his way in, Tom can finally hear the author's voice. Every word sounds familiar like the author was telling his story... telling your story. His heart was beating fast with every word he hears. There was something about the story that brings backs memories like everything just happened yesterday.

"Each moment, I can feel a force pulling me in. Dragging me to a deep pit and all I know I'm where I should be. I see danger yet I'm willing to dive in. Ignoring every warning, I may be dancing with my death." The author said "well you have to buy the book know what will happen next" she added giggling a bit as the crowd whimper wanting to hear more "I'm sorry guys."

The voice was clearer and it has been years since the last time he heard that voice. Pushing himself through the crowd, Tom's heart skipped a beat.

"[Y/N]" he breathed.

There you were, smiling and alive. A part of him wants to run towards you. He can tell that it was really you, the woman he loves.

"Before we go to book signing, how about tell us where you get your inspiration for this book?" The host asked.

"It's funny but." You started, oh how much Tom misses seeing your smile "it all came from a dream but in my dream, everything seems so real. Like it actually happened." A knot formed on your for head remember everything but sighed and just smiled again "It feels so real but unreal for me. It's kinda hard to explain but this all came from a dream."

"But it wasn't just a dream," Tom mumbled.

Everyone started to fall in line and Tom bought the book knowing that it will be the only way to be close to you. While waiting for his turn, he started to read the book. He couldn't believe it, it was your story. Every word and everything that happened. Looking up, his lips broke into smile. The way the book was written, Tom knew it was you. Getting closer to you, his heartbeat was getting out of control, like it will jump out of his chest. He can't explain if he was nervous, scared or excited and finally it was his turn. You still look beautiful, he thought.

"Hi." He said.

"Hi, thank you for buying my book." You said looking at him. As your gaze met, you couldn't help but to stop. He was exactly how you featured the man on your book. He looks familiar. He was the guy in your dream.

"No, thank you. I think I just found my new favorite author." Tom said smiling at you.

"I... wow, thanks." You stuttered still staring at him.

"Did they end up together?" He asked.

"I'm not going to answer that but if you don't like the ending just look for me and I'll give your money back. May I have your name?" You said smiling at him.

"Well I've been looking for you for so long so I might know that ending. Please, just call me Tom." Tom said making you blush.

"I think it will hard to forget about you, after this. You have the same name as the main character." You mumbled but loud enough for him to here.

"Well, who knows, maybe we are the same person." He said winking at you.

You two were trapped in each other's eye but one of the staff told you that you need to hurry up. Signing his book

"Would you like to have coffee with me after this?" He asked Tom, will not going to let you go that easily "maybe we can discuss your book?"

"Can you wait for me?" You asked back.

"You don't know how long I can bare just to be with you," Tom answered with a smile.

Finally, you found each other. Yes, you two were back from zero but who cares? As long as you two are together. Time will be spent well and feeling will be put into action. Life was worth living now that you found each other. Death was never the ending, it is you who will decide if your love will last or not. Both of you decided that as long as there is life your love will lives.
