Chapter three

The next day at school, I didn't talk to Ace, and Matt was being cold to me. Nor Hunter nor Rain was here today. So I sat by myself and read some cheesy fanfics on Wattpad with my phone, until i received a text from Matt saying:

"Asshole"

I didn't answer, I just wanted to be alone, and when I mean alone, i ment it. I called Hunter.

"Hey Hunter.."

"Hey Ryder."

"I need to talk to you.." i said and ran my fingers thru my hair.

"So do i.." he had a nervous tone in his voice.

"Park, 7 pm?" I suggested.

"I'll see you there."

I hung up and put my phone into my pocket and walked to my next class, which was Spanish. Spanish is the only class where i get good grades..

At the end of class, I received an other text from Matt:

"Your just a fucking douch bag"

So i answered:

"Leave me alone. Your just being pissy at me just because I told Ace the truth."

He didn't answer.

I didn't go home. I had a few hours to kill before meeting Hunter, and today I don't have work. So i just walked around and popped into the store and bought my cigarettes and a lighter. I walked out and lite one. I inhaled and it felt so good.

I looked at my phone, I still had an hour and a half. So I went to the music store and bough a Black Veil Bride CD and two Sleeping With Sirens CDs. Then I just looked at the other CD, quite a good collection.

I then pulled my phone out: 6:45 pm.

I grabbed my CDs, put then in my bag and headed for the park.

When I got there, Hunter was already waiting for me on a bench.

"Hi." I said

"Ryder, i need to talk to you"

"So do i.. you go first"

"We need to break up-"

"-thank god, thats what i was gonna say."

"Really?"

"Really." I said.

"So we finish on good terms?"

"Yes."

"One last kiss?"

"Sure"

We kissed, it was sweet, but we felt nothing.

"It was nice to have you as my boyfriend Ryder."

"Same to you"

And he walked away. I felt like a burden had been taken off of my shoulders.

It felt really good.
