At home Jinyoung could only think about Yugyeom. He stared at his phone, hoping he will recieve a message soon.
Sadly he didn't.
He felt worse each minute passing.

He started to ignore him.
The next few days he didn't even attend to school.
At least Jackson was there again, distracting Jinyoung a little with his stupid stories about how he almost choked on a tissue. What a dumbass, but it made Jinyoung forget about the taller for at least a few minutes.
He still texted him every day, telling him what happened. Maybe it will show Yugyeom that he didn't hate him or whatever.

You knoe Jackson had been sick for a week right? He came back and told me many funny stories. I bet he is going to tell you too, so I'm not spoiling anything. Hope you will laugh.

Jinyoung texted him everything. Sometimes he even just told him that he is going to eat breakfast, is going to have lunch and then telling Yugyeom to not skip a meal.
He missed him.
He really did.
It hurt him not seeing his stupid but beautiful face every day.

Meanwhile, Yugyeom read every message and actually enjoyed reading them. He still didn't want to come to school. The reason why he is scared? He might be a happy and joyful person but he is insecure. Insecure about his looks. He knows Jinyoung wouldn't judge him, but he is still being careful.
Last time he fell for someone, that person just acted like he is kind. But when that person found out who Yugyeom is, he started to bully him.
Yugyeom had to move, change school and it was just a hard time for him.
He was scared it might happen again.
Still, Jinyoung gave him some hope.
Thinking about Jinyoung, love and everything the roses came into his mind.
He stood up quickly from his bed and looked at them. They looked terrible. Wilted, a brownish color covering them. But there was one rose, that stayed beautiful.
He couldn't believe his eyes.
He took it out and realized it was made out of plastic.
He remembered what the note said.
Just in time, he got a new message which made his heart flutter.

By the way... Yugyeom.. I hope you liked the roses I gave you.

“He...”
His eyes filled with tears
“He is my secret admirer.”

Jinyoung wanted to make the taller feel better so he thought about that secret admirer thing.
He started to type in a message, being unsure if he should send it or not.
If it would make things better or even worse.
But he still did.
He did it.

Yugyeom read it.
Jinyoung felt nervous.
Is he going to reply?
