Ch. 9 Austin's Big Performance

Austin pov
It's a Monday, a good Monday, even though I hate Monday's, it's only a good Monday because today I have a performance. I've been practicing for it for a few weeks and I'm very confident that the band and I will have a great night. It's been a few days since the others and I destroyed Creepox, but ever since, the Insectoids haven't attacked, and I'm pretty sure that they're planning something, something very bad.

It's 12:35, which means that it's lunch time, so I head to the cafeteria and meet up with the others, "dude, you excited for today's performance?", "yeah, of course, I'm ready", "well, your gonna. rock bro, you always do", says Gabe, "you got this, you're meant to be a superstar", says Max, "stop being sarcastic Max", "I'm not, I'm being honest, you're too good to not become a worldwide superstar", "gee, thanks man", "heard alot of people are gonna be there", says Rocky, "yeah, and you guys know how much I wanna be a music star", "yeah", "well, I told Dez if he can record my performance today", "yeah, that's awesome".

Vrak pov
"Lord Vrak, we need to attack them", says Malkor, "you're right, it's time to attack, I've been following the Rangers, and I have found out that the Blue Ranger has this big performance tonight", "yes, we'll ruin his moment by attacking those innocent people", "not quite, he's too confident in his skills, even when it comes to fighting us, I have a monster that'll take his and the other Rangers courage", "yes, when they lose that, they'll be too afraid to do anything", says Malkor, "then let's get this done".

At school

Max pov
We've been at lunch for about 20 minutes, and we're just chillin, but that ends when our morphers go off, so we all head to my locker, "We read you Gosei, what's going on?", "Rangers, they're back, Vrak has sent a monster, you need to go, he's in the city", "we're on it, lets go guys", I say, closing my locker. We sneak out of school and run to the city, and as we run, we see people running our way, which makes us stop, "bet ya we found the monster", says Gabe, "yeah....", I look around and see an ally, "c'mon this way, let's morph first", I say. They follow me into the ally, finding a place if privacy, "It's Morphing Time!", I say, as we all bring out our morphers and Power Cards, "Go Go Megaforce!", we say, morphing, "Megaforce Red", "Megaforce Pink", "Megaforce Black", "Megaforce Yellow", "Megaforce Blue", we say.

In the Command Center

Gosei pov
"Gosei, that's not an Insectoid", "no, that's Bones, a monster who steals people's back bones", "wait, what?", "he steals people's courage", "oh no, he's been brought to Earth to do the same to the Rangers, this is bad", "yes, they must stay a few feet away, Tensou, call the Rangers and warn them", "yes Gosei, on it".

In the City

Max pov
"Hahaha, I grabbed a haul of people's courage, time for the main course, the Power Rangers", "stop right there", I say, as we get to where the monster is, as our morpher goes off, "Gosei, Tensou, we read you", "Rangers, this Bones, he's known around the universe for stealing people's courage", "woah, he can do that?", asks Cece, "yes, becareful Rangers", "got it". I put away my morpher as we bring out our weapons, "let's do it guys, but stay in guard", "yeah", they say, as we all attack, and head towards Bones, "so, your the famous Rangers I've heard about from Lord Vrak...", he says blocking our attacks, and sending us backwards one by one, "I don't see how you could be causing him so much trouble", he says, slashing Cece and Gabe, "and I don't see how your an Insectoid", says Austin, firing an attack, but Bones blocks it, "I'm not, I'm just an old friend of Vrak's", he sayd, as he traps Austin in some bones, making him drop his Bowgun, "hey, get me outta here".
