"Get me Dr.James we need his expertise on this one."said Harry to Catherine."Right away sir." Catherine met Dr.James in mission control where he was monitoring his newly launched GOES satellite.She explained all the details to him,He went through the reports and as everyone he was also shocked .He quickly made his way to meet Harry.
"Harry what the hell is going on?" asked James."I don't know James that's why i called you .we are having an emergency meeting with ISRO in few minutes.""If this is what I am thinking we are not ready for this Harry.""I know James.. let's just hope it's not what we are thinking". said Harry.They entered the conference room.The conference room had a LED screen (Standard HD 1280x720),A large oval shaped table which would easily fit 20 people right in front of the LED screen. Usually this room would be filled with people during debriefing,But today only selected few were present ,Only the NASA's top 10.This Information was classified and made sure that there was no leak of information as it would be disastrous or worse.... can cause a global outbreak.
The Screen lit up with the ISRO on the other side."Shall we start?"asked Rajesh .Everyone replied Yes with a nod."Lets start with the basics...We know that Hydrogen fuses together to form Helium this reaction emits heat which is the main source energy in the sun.If the Sun is about to die it should have depleted all its hydrogen,with hydrogen gone the core gets shrink ed and the outer layer goes on expanding resulting Red giant,Followed by White dwarf and then the sun dies." said Rajesh
"But this is not what happening in this case",continued Harry"The hydrogen is still there... there's enough for next 5 billion years considering the current rate at which it was burning but now as per the new data we have received the fusion process of hydrogen to helium has decreased resulting in decrease in heat generation,Why the fusion rate is decreasing ...we don't know?.
"How much time we have until it affect's us?" asked Ronald."Considering the the Present rate of fusion ..2 months with any luck 3 months is max..." answered James.
