Chapter Ten

You woke up to the bare chest of Jungkook in your face. Now, you weren't complaining because it was better than a view of nobody, but when you feel like you're from that scene in the exorcist where there's projectile vomit about to go everywhere - it kinda ruins the moment.

You rolled out of bed, hand covering your mouth as you sprinted to the bathroom.

It had been four months since Jungkook had kissed you that night. You two were happy together, working in the garden, coming home from work and seeing him curled up watching Iron Man again.

But you knew you wouldn't change that for the world.

You went downstairs to get a glass of water to rinse your mouth out and you sighed softly as you climbed back into bed. It wasn't even seven in the morning yet.

"Is everything okay?" Jungkook woke up, wrapping his arms around you gently.

"Yeah, I just got thirsty." You lied. You knew if you told him that you were sick, he would overly panic. He nodded and cuddled you close, humming gently to lull you back to sleep.

You laid there once his humming stopped, him having fell asleep himself, wondering what his reaction would be if what you thought was a stomach bug, was pregnancy?

Would he want you to bare his children?

You cuddled into him, eyes closing as you tried distracting yourself from your own thoughts.

"Don't be stupid..." You whispered to yourself. "There's no way."

Two days later and you two are sat at a noodle bar, happily eating the food.

"Y/N..." Jungkook spoke quietly after swallowing the monster mouthful he had chewed. "I've been thinking..."

"What about Cotton Tail?" You used the old nickname, earning a glare from him.

"Do you think..." he paused, gulping slightly. "Do you think you could be pregnant?"

"What makes you think that?" You rushed out. Cheeks pink.

"I just... I know you've been sick an awful lot and I don't want to sound mean but... you're a little chubbier..."

"Ani, I can't be." You spoke quietly. "Right Jungkook?" You met his eyes, already seeing the guilty look in them. "Jungkook? I can't be... right?"
