After a good meal, the boys found themselves on the swings at the park. Youngkyun looked down at the hand in his. He smiled as he heard the older humming some EXO song. He laughed a little which made the other stop.

"What are you thinking?" Taeyang asked, turning to watch his boyfriend. He watched how his shoulders moved slightly with every breath, how the slight breeze ran through his hair, how his lips were curled up just a little in a small grin.

"We should get going soon. I still need to stop back at Chan's house before we go to the station." Youngkyun said quietly. He let go of the other's hand and stood up. Taeyang followed behind and they began to walk out of the park. After they got inside the car, Taeyang continued to sit there without making and effort to actually start it. Youngkyun looked over at him but he continued to stare straight ahead.

"Don't mind me. Just trying to extend the amount of time I have with you." Taeyang sighed out after taking a deep breath. He looked at Youngkyun who had a weak smile.

"You'll be with me until the second I have to leave. Now c'mon. I have to pick up my stuff." Youngkyun laughed out, hitting Taeyang on the arm lightly. Finally, the older boy started up the car and began to drive to the familiar apartment building. He had picked him up and dropped him off every time he was in town. He parked the car and then got out, walking in together.

"I'll be back in a second, okay?" Youngkyun said before walking over to the dumpy elevator. Taeyang nodded and looked over the familiar walls. This place was both a blessing and a curse to him. It reminded him of Youngkyun. Seeing him come out of the elevator or from the stairwell with a smile on his face. But it always sucked seeing him disappear inside. It reminded him that his time with him was limited. No matter what, he would have to go back home. He let out a heavy sigh.

Youngkyun was back within minutes, a suitcase pulled behind him. He looked at the clock on the wall and back to his boyfriend. "Time to go." Taeyang nodded and they moved back to the car and got in. The ride to the train station was silent and the air was slightly tense. By the time they got there, both boys were slightly on edge. They walked hand in hand to the platform. Youngkyun shifted nervously for a second before snapping.

"You're not going to say anything? You've been silent for the past 20 minutes. In a few minutes I'm going to be gone and we won't be with each other for who knows how long and I'm just supposed to go home feeling like I did something wrong because for some goddamn reason my boyfriend won't talk to me. I'm worried, okay? I don't know when we'll be able to actually see each other again. I don't know when I'll be able to actually be with you again. Honestly, it kills me to hear about you going on all of these dates. I know you say you do it for your friends and I say it's fine because I know you wouldn't cheat on me. God, I know you wouldn't fucking cheat on me but sometimes I can't help but think the worst. Times like these where I'm about to leave and you haven't said a thing. I worry, okay?" Youngkyun babbled out. He hadn't realized when he started crying or when Taeyang had either, but once he did he only cried harder. "I'm sorry. I-I-I'm so-"

"You shouldn't be. I'm sorry. I hate it when you're gone. I can't stand it. You didn't do anything wrong, I'm just scared. Whenever you're gone, I'm scared that you're going to find someone better. You're going to find someone closer to home who you can constantly be with. Someone who can hold you whenever you want and who's guaranteed to be there whenever you need them to be. I meant what I said when I told you I don't deserve you." Taeyang said while stepping forward and placing his hands on Youngkyun's cheeks and wiping away his tears.

"Shut up, dumbass. You think I'm going to find someone who's better than you? No one, and I mean no one, compares to you. I only want to be with you." Youngkyun said quietly and forced a smile. Taeyang smiled back and brought his hands down only to wrap them around Youngkyun's waist and pull him closer.

"I'm sorry." He whispered out. He felt Youngkyun wrap his arms around his neck and hold him tighter.

"We're a mess." Youngkyun said into the other's neck. He felt Taeyang laugh and smiled. He pulled away slightly and looked at the other. Taeyang's eyes were red and his cheeks were slightly damp. He briefly looked down at his lips and back up to his eyes which only made the other laugh.

Taeyang leaned forward and pressed his lips against Youngkyun's. He felt his heart flutter as Youngkyun pulled him in. It was sweet and full of emotion. All of the times they spent together, all of their fears that came with being apart, everything they felt for each other. No matter what happened, they were still together. They still had each other. After a minute they pulled apart. Taeyang rested his forehead against Youngkyun's and smiled.

"I'll call you when I get home, okay? We can talk all night. Oh, no we shouldn't. You have work tomorrow don't you." Youngkyun whispered out.

"No, well I mean I do, but I'll have time for you. I always have time for you."

Taeyang sighed as he closed the door. He walked into the living room and sunk into the couch. Dawon, who hadn't moved since Taeyang left hours earlier, turned to face him.

"How was your date? Did you enjoy lunch?" He asked, a sly smile on his lips.

"I did. We got pizza and then went to the park. It was nice. It sucked having to drop him off at the train station." Taeyang said, thinking back on all that happened.

"Oh, how convenient that this boyfriend of yours just had to leave town after visiting for a day." Dawon said. He looked super unimpressed and Taeyang just rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, it sucks. I like him a lot, you know? I don't get to see him a lot." Taeyang added. No matter what he said, his friends wouldn't believe him. Was it infuriating? Oh, of course. Did he learn to live with it? He had to.

"Well I'll definitely have to meet him one day. C'mon Yang, how long are you going to keep doing this? I want you to be happy." Dawon said getting up and walking towards the kitchen. "Are you hungry? We can get something delivered. I think Rowoon might be asleep but we can just wake him up. He's been out for hours."

"I can eat. Whatever you want, I don't mind." Taeyang responded, sprawling out on the couch and thinking about Youngkyun.
