"It Was You All Along"

*Justin's P.O.V*

--three weeks later--

Three weeks have past. Lots of things have happened in these three weeks. 

I am now the captain of the soccer team. 

And no, Alexis is still not my girlfriend. 

My YouTube videos have received thousands of views and so did Alexis'. 

I told Chaz to back off and after accepting the fact that alexis doesn't like him, he did. 

He now has a girlfriend named Jessie. Chaz and Ryan are my best mates. 

After weeks of rehearsals, today is the day. The day the play, "High School Musical" will be held. 

We were all in our costumes getting ready. 

I'm pretty nervous and so are the rest. It was five minutes before showtime. 

I heard the announcer say,

“Welcome guests, to annual Palm Woods play. The play will be based on the movie, "High School Musical." Please sit back, relax and enjoy!”

Alexis gave me a kiss and hurried of to her position. 

The lights dimmed and the curtain started raising.

The beginning of the play: 

(yelling, whooping)

(kid blows noisemaker)

(chatter)

(girls chatter)

(extra): "Happy New Year's, ladies"

(Sabrina): "Gabby, it's New Year's Eve, Enough reading!"

(Alexis): "But, Mom, I'm almost done."

(Sabrina): "The teen party? I've laid out

your best clothes, Come get ready"

(Alexis): "Can I have my book back?"

*Sabrina gives her the book back*

(Alexis): "Thank you"

The play went on and on. 

They all did a great job.

The cast were singing their last song: 

“Everybody say it now

Wildcats everywhere,

wave your hands up in the air

That's the way we do it,

let's get to it

Time to show..”

*At the gym*

Zeke (Cole) was shooting some hoops and Sharpay (Ashley) came in panting.

(Sharpay): "These cookies are genius!

The best things I've ever tasted! Will you make some more for me, Zeke?"

(Zeke): "I might even make you a creme brulee"

Then the curtain went down. The crowd started to cheer loudly. Then the projector started to play a video.
