18 and Feeling Lucky (One Direction Fanfiction)

A/N: Hey guys! :D This is my very first fanfic ever so, I really want opinions. I'd really like to read your comments and I will surely reply back. If you have any complains about it and you want me to change anything about it, you can tell me anything. I'm open up to anything.

It all started off as a normal day. I wake up, take a shower, have breakfast and head to school. Yes, that's my everyday life.

I'm Ellen, I'm 18 and I'm probably just another normal girl. I'm also a fan of the Hottest British-Irish BoyBand "One Direction". I wasn't there from the very beginning, but I'll be there till the end.

On my way to school, I pick up my best friend from her house. Her name is Lily. We've been best friends since like, FOREVER. Yes! we're very different because I have dirty blode hair  which is long and straight. But, Lily has brown hair which is shoulder length, and wavy. We do everything together, we're more like sisters.

I ring the doorbell and her mum greets me with a warm smile. " Hey, sweetie. Come on in, Lily is gonna be down in a second. Have a seat babe" she said dragging me inside. I giggled and then she made me sit down on the couch. "So, how's school going?", she asked. "Perfect !" I said excitedly. She laughed at my enthusiasm. And then walked into the kitchen.

I was doing well at school. I got good grades, I had a good reputation, no fights, nothing. Just ME, doing my job. All my teachers are satisfied with me. And I'm really grateful for that, because I needed those grades so that I'd decide on a good job later on.

"Hey Ellen, sorry I'm late. I wasn't feeling well", Lily said while embracing me into a hug. Her face was pale, and she lost the sparkle of her gorgeous green eyes. "Aaaww, don't worry sweetie. Hope you get well soon", I told her with a warm smile. "We need to go, it's a big day today", she reminded me. I nodded, took my back pack and we headed outside. "Be careful !", Lily's mum shouted. We turned around to look at her. We gave her a reassuring smile and a wave. 

Ok, I forgot to tell you about the "BIG DAY" thingy. Lily and I were doing well as I stated before so, we were included in the honour roll of the school. We were both hyped and we were literally running. Told ya! We do everything together. 

When we entered the school hall, we immediately headed to the principal office. His name was Mr. Williams, he's one good and strict principal. He's also so sweet and kind hearted. He will be the one to give us our trophies. We finally reached his office, out of breath. We were exhausted from all the running we did so, we took a little time to breath and then we knocked the door lightly.

"Hey there girls, I've been waiting for you", Mr Williams said with a wide smile spreading across his face. We smiled back and he pulled us inside. Looks like he was as hyped as us. He handed us our trophies and our school photographer took a picture of both of us. We thanked him and headed to the door. 

As we walked down the hallway, we had a huge smile plastered to our faces. We look at each other and started giggling.

"WTH! Hey, you! Turn around this instant", a girl shouted behind us. We were startled and we couldn't move. She repeated her words and we turned around to see who she was.

Oh! So, it's ugly Becky. Her names is Becky but we call her that because she's fake blonde and wears really short clothes. I looked at Lily and she was biting her lip to contain herself from laughing. I was actually doing the same. "Who do you think yourselves are?", she was now right in front of us, still screaming. Wow, my eardrums must have been damaged by now. "Hey Becky, we're Ellen and Lily. Don't you remember us? Did anything happen to you?" I snapped with a smirk. "Idiots! How dare you take my trophies and walk away?" She replied. Woah! Her trophies? 

"WTH do you mean? They're ours, we worked hard, we earned them. Unlike you, you were busy dying your fake blonde hair, looking after your nails, shopping everywhere and never even touching your textbooks!", Lily shouted looking really angry. Becky was shocked by what she said, her mouth was in an O. I giggled a little too loud. Oops, I thought as Becky's face turned to me and her eyes were staring directly into mine. "Well, you're nerds. And nerds are total loosers and ugly, just like you two", she said walking away and laughing with her friends. Lily was really angry now, her fists were curling into a ball. "Woah, hold on. You're not doing anything stupid", I told her. She looked at me and gave me a smile, " don't worry, I won't" she replied.

When school finished, we headed back home. "OMG! What the heck is happening here?", I said with my eyes wide open. There were many girls screaming and some of them were even camping in front of my home. We fought against those girls to get to my doorstep. We rang the bell and my mum opened it and immediately pulled us inside. Unfortunately, it was all too fast so, we fell on the ground.

"Mum! What the hell is this? Who are all these people? Why are they here?", I said while getting up and dusting myself off. I looked at mum and she wasn't even looking at me. "Mum? Are you alright?" I said still looking at her. She suddenly pointed to the couch and I turned my head to see what she was pointing at. "OMG! What..uumm, I mean Hi" I stuttered. I was shocked. I didn't know what to say. I looked at Lily and she had the same expression.
