Chapter 4

*flash back*

It was the 6th of November, it was our first ever concert where after, we actually got to meet our fans.

This was it, the concert was over, this was the first time I would ever meet a fan face to face.

The door clicked open, the light turned green and all four of us ran in and lept onto our stools.

There was round about 60-70 teenage girls surrounding us and they were all very beautiful, but one girl stood out, she was sat on the front row and had long blond hair, shining greeneyes and she had a pink flower crown perched on top of her silky hair, she looked so perfect.

She was holding up a sign that read 'MARRY ME ASHTON IRWIN' in big capital letters and at the bottom a name that read 'Katherine Herbert' I thought it was so sweet.

'So' said Michael 'anyone got any questions for us?' He said looking smug.

The first person to raise their hand was Katherine,
'Ummm, you' said Calum pointing to Katherine.

'I have a question, but it's for just Ashton', she said whilst all the other boys immediately turned and smirked at me.

'Yes, so what's your question?' I said boldly.

'What inspired you to become a drummer'

Ughhhh Jesus, why do people always feel the need to ask the wittiest of questions, I knew I had to answer it though...

'Well I grew up drumming, I would sit in my room 24 7 and drum away till my heart was content, I have been drumming for 14 years and I don't regret one minute of it!' I hope that answered her question.

Once the question and answer had finished, we waved good bye to our fans.

We all walked back to our hotels, it wasn't that long a walk it was only about 1 and a half miles.

It was about 11:00 pm by the time we got back into the hotel, and I was knackered. I jumped into bed and started to drift off to sleep, when suddenly I heard a tap on the door, I got up to open it and as soon as I did I felt 2 warm hands push against my chest and soon enough my lips were smashed into someone else's, I wasn't really sure who's though.

I wasn't enjoying this, I pulled away, looked straight at this person. It was Katherine Herbert, the girl from the Question and answer.

'Sorry but you have to go', I said with a strict tone.

'But Ashton I came all the way-' she was cut off by the sound of Calum's hotel room door opening, soon enough he had entered my hotel room,

'Whats all the racket?' he asked with a husky voice.

'I was just escorting Katherine here out of my room!' I said sternly.

'No...'

'Just go' said Calum pushing her out.

'NO' she screamed waking up all of the hotel, also causing Michael and Luke to rush in.

'Guys I need a bit of help here', I said

'Whats up' asked luke 'is she bothering you'

I nodded

'Get out' said Michael

With that she ran all the way in slammed the door and leapt onto my bed.

'Please I'm not in the mood, get out' I said pointing to the door which Calum was now opening.

She wouldn't budge.

Luke and Michael went over to her and lifted her up by her waist. She was kicking, squealing and flinging her arms about. When they were passing she stared at me, and left a horribly gash on my face from where her nails had dug into my skin*

I bled through a whole kitchen roll that night!
