DYING HOPE
Smiling everyday like nothing's wrong,
I'm slowly falling apart,
With each failure that occurs,
It's like a knife stabs into my heart.
Crumbling into pieces,
I'll pretend to be strong,
But I know it's a lost cause,
The facade wouldn't last long.
When I would try to get up,
Disappointment always knocked me down,
Feeling not so secure anymore,
I'll stay on the ground.
Tempted by Depression,
I finally give in,
I am the one and only Hope,
