Almost instantly I regretted doing that. Less than five minutes ago,the principal told  me to be kind to Shandra, and then I go dump a can of grease down her back. Neisha's going to think I'm so innocent and harmless after this. However, when I walked into math,Neisha was waving at me,and Shandra was ignoring me with her new pink wig. How many does she have?

"Lakeiya, please take a seat," said the math teacher. I sighed. Math is easy for everyone else, because they just store the different functions in their memory as soon as they learn it. I need to learn it manually, because I apperently couldn't be bothered with to have a memory chip. Neisha scooted towards me and was about to say something, but what it was,I will never know. For at the moment,a now familiar voice spoke through the loudspeaker.

"Will Shandra 345873F please come to the principal's office?Thank you."

All eyes turn to Shandra. Now everyone knew her as a troublemaker. Many saw her with the grease guzzlers, and then everyone heard her over the loudspeaker. It was hard to hide my grin. The principal would be keeping his radar on her,and Shandra would be punished the moment she picked on me. The teacher had just finished taking attendance when the loudspeaker was heard for the third time that day.

"Lakeiya the cyborg, please come to my office."

My grin faded. Instead of calling my code,I was referred to as "the cyborg." I slowly walked out of the classroom when it hit me. He had probobly found out what Shandra had done this morning. He was so distracted that he forgot my code. I had an apology due. However,a diffrent story had played out. Shandra was failing to conceal a grin, like I had just a moment ago, and  I think Mr.FA8TC95 was smoking a bit.

"Lakeiya, what have you done? I know Shandra has not felt welcome here at APRI49 High School, and this is because of your actions," he yelled, his volume turned up all the way.

"The grease guzzlers seem to be pretty welcoming,"I muttered under my breath.

"-and pouring a can of grease down her back!" he continued.

"Look,I-"

"May I ask where you got hold of this grease?"he asked.

"These kids had some and I took it," I admitted

"Even so,accepting grease! I'm sorry Lakeiya, but you are to much trouble here. I think it would be best if you relocated."

"What?!?!?" I yelled, for the first time losing my temper.

He ignored me and continued. "Please alert your parents and tell them that you are no longer welcome here at APRI49 High."

"Bye Lakeiya!" said Shandra.

I ran out. My data board warned me I was in danger of crashing for the second time today, and to seek a place to rest. It seemed like I good idea,so I looked around for a chair.I found one and made for it as I read:

                                                   SYSTEM OVERLOAD...SHUTTING DOWN

And everything went black.

                                                                     SYSTEM REBOOT

                                                        SCANNING FOR ANY PROBLEMS...

ONE LOOSE SCREW IN UPPER RIGHT LEG

                                                                          WAKING UP.....

My vision re-calibrated as I felt a slight pain in my leg. I remembered the information about the loose screw, and remind myself to find a nurse.

"Lakeiya?Lakeiya,are you okay?" Niesha asked.

"I'm fine," I lied as I hurtled out of the school. As I neared my house,I thought about what just happened, ignoring the pain in my leg. I kept replaying the memory on my board, hoping to spot some grin on the principal's face, some hint of a joke, but the only smile I found is Shandra's. I walked through the front door and grabbed a can of oil and a bottle of water. I walked into the living room, and took a deep breath before I break the news to my completely human parents.  That are completely made out of cardboard.

"Uh,Mom,Dad,I messed up big time at school," I started awkwardly. "We have to move to a new Sector now if I'm still going to learn." They smiled blankly,as if they were saying, "That's fine! Let's uproot our whole lives beacuse you were an idiot! This is going to be so fun!" Seeing them reminded me of why they are made of cardboard in the first place. They were two of the (at the time) 43 humans on Earth. They lived in a zoo. One night,a bunch of robots broke in,and they  tortured half the humans there before they murdered them. I was barley alive, with a leg and arm torn off, half my face missing, and a knife in my side. The only way I could be saved was to become a cyborg. I was old enough to become civilized and placed in school and have my own home, with someone to check on me every month. I was 10 at the time, and so lonley, that someone made cardboard replicas of my parents. Now I'm 16 years old,and still have them stuck in the living room. And then I thought of my dead parents, and how I wished I could just be a normal robot, and how now I'd have to be both a new girl and a cyborg, and I fell to the floor, sobbing. Tears fell out of my one human eye as my smiling parents watched.
