Chapter 2 --- Return and What!!!

Ben POV

I call Danny since he's with Austin right now. "Hey Ben." "Hey Danny, is Austin there?" "He's asleep. How are you?" "good. what about you." " same. hold on Bob wants to ask you something." I put my plate in the trash and Bob starts talking. "Ben, I want your permission on something?" "What is it?" "I....I want to date Ross." my mouth falls off. "Wh..what. My best friend wants to date the only person who acts like a brother to me right now." "Soo is that a yes." "I have no choice. even though we live together doesn't mean that you don't have to go through dad. it's not fun if he says no." "Why, what happens." "a couple years back when Rydel was 8 months pregnant with Shor, Ross and I we're looking at pictures of Shelby cause Mya kidnapped her which now we know what happened. Anyway we kissed and they got aware of it. a few days later, Ross took me to Bed since i fell asleep on him. When he puts me in bed, I started to feel sick so he calls Stormie up and she tells him to get me a wet rag cause I was hot. she left and Ross put the wet rag on my head. I started to apologize about everything and he kisses me again. so Mom sees, Mark comes up, I try to run, he throws me into a wall, and Ross lets his anger out." (I just told you guys chapters 25-30 from the first book) "oh wow." "when do you guys get back from tour." "in a week." "okay, I'll be out of here in a week then. Don't tell Austin." "wait I thought you had 3 more months." "yea but they said I could go in a week." "okay and I won't tell." "Thanks and Tell Austin I love him." "Bye"

1 week later

Ross's POV

I'm on the couch feeling much better. I'm waiting for Austin to get home from tour and I'm going to hug him so much. I suddenly hear the door open and Austin walks in. "Austin, you're home!!!" I jump up and run to him. He pulls me into his arms and I hug him tightly. "I missed you so much." "I missed you too Ross." Bob and Danny comes in and drops off their bags. Mom comes from the kitchen and greets Austin and the others. "Hey sweetie." "Hi Mom." They hug and Bob keeps looking at me. he walks over to me and whispers "Can you meet me in your room." "Sure. " we silently get to my room and I ask "Whats up?" "I don't know how to tell you this but Ross, I like you." my mouth drops "I'm sorry" he says "no no... its okay....I kinda liked you for awhile." he walks over to me and says "Can we try and date?" I wrap my arms around his waist and say "we can try." I kiss his forehead. we walk out of my old room and walk down to where no one was. I look out the window and they are in the pool while dad is grilling. "Hold on let me put my swim shorts on." I put my shorts on and he already had his on. We run outside and we jump in the pool. we swim around for a few minutes then i start to get out to dry off when Bob pulls me back down. I swim up and pull him to the edge. I kiss his cheek making sure no one saw us. I see Rydel's head start to turn towards us so I dive underwater and so does Bob. We both swim over to her and we pop up on both sides of her and scare her. "Ahhh." everyone laughs and she play hits my chest. "Hey my sea-monster brother." she points to my head. "crap. I forgot to wet my hair." they all laugh again. "Okay. Foods ready. I'll give you yours in the pool sea-monster." Dad laughs "Haha, very funny." I get out and wrap a towel around me. I grab my plate of food and eat it and drink my drink after. Then, me and Bob walks into the house and he lightly push me up against the wall and kisses me. I kiss back and we kiss for a minute when I hear someone clear their voice. "well, hell." I turn around and sure enough it was Rocky. he runs outside and I chase after him but its too late. they all look at me and I say to myself 'Repeat of the last fight' "Why were you and Bob kissing. " "Cause we're dating." Rydel cracks a small smile. She's always wanted me to stand up for myself. "Umm. no you're not dating. I forbid it" "You can't forbid things anymore. I'm not 13, I'm 23." "As long as you're in my band, YOU'RE TO FOLLOW MY RULES." "UMMM.... WHO GOT R5 SIGNED TO A RECORD LABEL. ..ME. WHO HAS HELPED THIS BAND ALONG... ME. SO ACTUALLY THIS IS MY BAND NOT YOURS. SO YOU CAN'T DO NOTHING." "Remember who brought you into this world and who can take you out." I was about to speak when someone else does first "If you want to touch Ross, You're going through me first." We all turn around and look to see the one I've waited for to come home. "Ben!!" I run over to him and he pulls me into his arms. "I missed you Ross." "I missed you too." I turn back to my family and say "I'm not leaving him." "You are." Ben speaks up "He lives under mine and Rydel's Roof so its our choice. not yours." he starts walking over here and he grabs me by the neck. "LET HIM GO!" Ben runs over but he grabs him by the neck too. he walks over to wall and slams us into the wall.

Austin's POV

I watch as Mark slams both my husband and Ross into the wall. Then he takes them to the pool an puts their heads into the pool in a attempt to drown them. "NOOO!" I run over to him only to be knocked down by Rocky. Riker and Rydel starts to run over there and Rocky grabs Rydel by the arm. "DON'T EVER GRAB YOUR SISTER LIKE THAT."  i jump up and kick him into the pool while Riker pushes Mark into the pool and pull Ben and Ross out. I run over to Ben while Rydel runs over to Ross. we both give Ross and Ben CPR. Ross starts to spit up water but Ben doesn't. "Come on baby, Please breathe." I keep pushing and nothing. i fall back and start to cry hard. Suddenly a wave of angry comes over me. I stand up and close my fists. "See Ross look what you have done. Ben's dead cause of you." Mark says. he starts to walk over here and when he starts to go past me, I grab him and punch him in the face and start to punch him even more. Ryland and Danny pulls me off and holds me back. "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU FOR KILLING HIM." he starts to walk over to me and pulls his fist back. Ross grabs his hand and shoves Mark into the wall. "I promised i would never use this word again but, Don't Fucking Touch Austin or I Will Personally Come Here and Make You Suffer."
