Jordan's POV
I woke up the next morning with the biggest smile on my face, I couldn't believe that my mom and I were moving to Los Angeles. I checked my phone and saw I had 2 miss calls from Matt, 4 text from Ronnie and 3 missed FaceTime calls, and 1 from my mom saying to pack. I honestly didn't know why Ronnie was even trying to talk to me anymore. She understood that I don't like her anymore so she has been living with my other friend named Hannah but we don't really talk so I don't care. I ignored everyone else and texted Matt saying Goodmorning before I jumped out of bed. I pulled my hair into a sloppy bun and started packing up the rest of my stuff. We leave tomorrow morning at 10 so the movers are getting out stuff tonight and traveling out there for us. We didn't have a lot to pack so we pretty much were done. I packed the rest of my clothes and left some out for today and what to wear tomorrow. After packing I headed downstairs to find everything else packed. I was so happy to leave but then again I loved New York but sometimes it wasn't my cup of tea. " Mom " I yelled as I walked into the kitchen. " Yeah? " she yells from the living room, I walk in to find her sitting down crying on the floor. " Mom don't cry . " I say hugging her and sitting down next to her. " I am crying tears of joy. I am so happy to leave!!! " she says hugging me back I let out a laugh before getting up to go get ready for the day. I walk into my empty room and quickly shower. I leave my hair natural because I don't care. It was raining out so I changed into a PINK varsity crew, leggings, and grey UGGS before walking down the stairs seeing my mom waiting on the floor for me. " let's get food and shop yeah? " I ask, she nods her head before getting up and grabbing the keys before heading out to our Volkswagen convertible. " How about IHOP? " she ask, I nod my head and get in the car and buckle up before turning on the heater and plugging in my phone to play CoolKids by Echosmith.
