lisa held jennie's hand as they walked around the park sharing a cone of milk ice cream. "thank you for this, lisa." jennie flashed her gummy smile at the girl before her.

"you will always be welcome, jen." lisa caressed jennie's fluffy cheeks and kissed her forehead.

"i love you, lalisa." jennie whispered, almost inaudible.

lisa gave jennie a small, sad smile. "don't."

"see you tomorrow, take care." jennie waved at lisa before the light haired girl hopped to her car.

"bye, jennie!" lisa drove away.

when lisa reached her house, she sat at the couch and curled up into a ball. small whimpers could be heard from the girl as she whispered, "i love you too, jennie." several times.

lisa couldnt say those three words back. she wouldnt let jennie fall deeper into her because she knows that at the end, both of them will be hurt. but how can she do that if she truly love the girl?

she received a message from jisoo, "did you take your meds?" the message said.

lisa replied, "no, im fine. jennie is enough."

"you stubborn, bitch." jisoo messaged back.

suddenly, she heard a knock from her door. she wiped the tears away and heaved a sigh before twisting the doorknob.

"can i sleep over?" jennie stood before the door with two paperbags on her hands.

"jen? what are you doing here?" lisa let jennie in.

"i just missed you." jennie pouted. lisa chuckled and hugged the brunette.

"it's been just twenty minutes but i missed you too." they giggled.

the two decided to watch netflix as they snuggled up in lisa's couch. "did you cry earlier?" jennie held lisa's face.

lisa looked down, "yeah, but that doesnt matter." lisa smiled.

"i love you, lisa." jennie said and kissed lisa's lips.

at that moment, lisa wanted to burst out crying but she stopped herself. she cant be weak around jennie.

"don't. goodnight, jen." lisa kissed jennie's left cheek and they both drifted to dreamland.
