"hey there love birds." jisoo greeted the two as they entered the café.

"says the other love birds." jennie teased jisoo who's hands wrapped around chaeyoung's waist.

chaeyoung blushed while jisoo smacked jennie's head.

lisa chuckled at the little commotion they made. "lets eat?" she said and they all nodded.

as they ate, lisa felt jisoo's concern stares at her. she stood up "i'll go to the washroom." she excused herself from the group.

she stood infront the huge mirror and rolled up her sweater's sleeve, revealing a quite big bruise on the upper part of her arm.

she sighed then rolled the sleeves down again.

"lisa." jisoo called from behind.

"why cant i love her?" lisa cried on her bestfriend's shoulder.

"shhh, what are you saying? you already love her." jisoo slightly chuckled.

lisa slapped jisoo's arm. "thats not what i meant. why cant i love her without barriers? why do i need to suffer? why do we need to?" lisa cried harder. this is getting more harder than she thought.

"thats life, lis. you cant be happy without sacrifices. you cant be happy without pain, thats part of the process." jisoo calmly stated making lisa feel comfort.

lisa nodded and patted jisoo's back. "thank you chu, really." lisa smiled weakly.

she gave lisa an eye smile. "you'll get through this lisa. you and jennie can do it." she gave lisa's head a pat and they exited the wash room.

when they reached the table, lisa was happy again, seeing jennie laughing and happy is enough. jennie is enough.

"hey, lis. what took you so long?" jennie pouted. jisoo gave an disgusted look and chaeyoung laughed.

"jennie unnie, we'll go now. chu and i need to prepare for meeting her parents later. bye!" chaeyoung waved and they walked away from lisa and jennie.

"hey jen." lisa called.

"yes lis?" jennie looked at lisa.

"you look beautiful." lisa smiled. why she kept saying that? its her only way to say "i love you" to jennie.

"you keep saying that, but thank you very much." jennie kissed lisa's cheek.
