Karth (narration)

"Elder Biron said it must be about Xasv but all they wanted is to make a deal and nothing more," Farath stated showing us on the screen the part where the Karan security duty had been spotted

"What deal?" I asked looking at Farath hard and so were the other elders and security at the table but I already knew what it was about it was about Xasv, the other tribes had failed to understand the fact Xasv was ours it was in our territory

"They want to make a deal about Xasv," Farath said looking at everyone at the table

People at the table started murmuring obviously most of them not accepting the deal but I as the leader was willing to listen, that's what a leader does they listen and then take action

"Everyone quiet!" I said feeling my voice boom in the room and everyone was quiet and they all looked at me

"I am going to see elder Biron and see what he has to say, I want to hear everything from him, so that I know what to do, so everyone you are dismissed until further notice," I said and they nodded getting up, "Noth and Farath stay we need to talk," I added and people started leaving the room

"Come sit with me," I said once everyone except Farath and Noth left the huge room

""So do you know how many security duty the Karan sent?" I said looking at Noth because he was not only my brother but my second in command too

"I was told by my spy over there that they were like ten including the very leader of the Karan security duty," he said seriously

"So are they still there?" I asked turning and looking out the window

"Yes they are, they said they wanted to talk to you personally and believed that their message would reach you well through elder Biron," Farath stated

"I want you two to come with me I am going over there right now, I need to get to the bottom of this," I stated looking back at them and they nodded, I went to the door while they followed behind

When we got down to the third level I saw Nen, Santi and Tora in the kitchen laughing so hard, I decided to walk over to Nen she did not even see me on the steps

"Hey beautiful," I said in her ear and on hearing my voice she gave me access to her neck letting me kiss her there

The other girls left immediately. She turned and smiled up at me and immediately put her arms around my neck

"I am going to the east to talk to elder Biron, I'll see you when I get back okay," I said between kisses and held her tighter, I cannot lie I could be with her all day but I know that is not possible with all the duties we have

"So what is it about, is there a problem?" she asked looking in my eyes, "It is not a really big problem so that means it can be solved so don't worry about it mmh," I said kissing her some more

"I will see you tonight at dinner," I said and she got on her tip toes to kiss me then nodded, "Be careful Karth love you," she said and stepped back looking behind me, I looked behind and I saw Noth looking like he wanted to complain

"I will be careful do not worry okay and I love you too," I whispered in her ear and left out with Noth,

When we reached the first level I saw Farath talking to Santi and she was blushing it was almost too funny but what caught my attention was when I looked to my right and I saw Noth looking at them like he wanted to murder them

"Hey are you okay?"I asked as he continued staring ahead but he quickly avoided not knowing I had already seen him staring, "Yeah I am okay I was just thinking about something," he stated trying so hard to avoid it

"Hey Noth I know its your personal life so forgive me but do you like her?" I asked as I directed my eyes to Santi who was talking to Farath, "Like you said it is my personal life," he replied ignoring me but I just shrugged

"Hey don't get so defensive I was just asking," I said throwing my hands up in surrender, "Sorry for being rude Karth but it is my life okay," he said looking at me and I just smiled

While Noth was telling me not to interrupt in his love life, Farath saw us and approached us, I looked behind him and saw that Santi was no longer there; maybe she has gone to look for Nen. I started smiling when I thought of Nen and I was brought of my thoughts by my brother who was raising an eyebrow at me

"Hey are you okay?" he asked with a raised brow, "I am okay let's go I believe elder Biron is waiting for us and we are already running late," I said as I headed out the double doors, "Well if you had not stopped to talk to Nen we would very far actually," Noth stated and I just shook my head while I continued to the doors.

It took us over an hour to get the other side of the tribe and elder Biron welcomed us so well together with the keepers. The keepers are the protectors of Xasv and the mountain and they were also part of security duty but guarded the metal and mountain more

"Karth my boy you are welcome I was waiting for you, Noth and Farath you are welcome too," Elder Biron said as he approached us and we shook hands, "So what is this situation with Karan security duty?" I asked urgently as I looked at him

"Well they are actually inside waiting to talk to you themselves so why don't we all go in," he said guiding me to the building

As we started walking to the building I couldn't help but think who head of Karan security duty was but anyway all in due time I was going to come face to face with him

As we entered the building I saw some of the keepers armed they bowed to me and I acknowledged them and as we entered there were even more inside well as I can see they are doing a good job protecting Xasv, when they turned and saw me they all bowed to me as their leader and I acknowledged them for the respect and the job well done

I looked the other side and I saw the Karan security duty, they all stood up and looked at me and I turned to Elder Biron and asked him a loud for them to hear, "Why did you allow them to stay inside this building you don't know their intentions?" I gave him a hard look at the end

"Well they weren't armed and they said they simply to talk and come to a deal," he said whispering at me, I was about to ask another question when someone interrupted

"We are not here to fight Karth, we just want to talk," he said and I turned and I saw the one person who I thought I would never see again, my former best friend

"Hello Karth, you know I always knew you would replace your father as leader, " he said smiling at me and I felt Noth touch my shoulder as I was about to attack him, I felt my chest heaving hard and I wanted to hit him so hard

"And to also answer your unasked question, yes I am the leader of the Karan security duty, oh and by the way how is Nen?" he asked trying to mock me but I had to contain myself

"Nen is okay Rik," I stated with a smile too, "Oh that is great I was hoping I could see her sometime you know," he said smiling he knew the last part would piss me off because I attacked him and started punching him hard and his puppets tried to pull me off him, by the time they fully pulled me off he had a bloody nose

"Look Karth I did not come to reminisce about the past, I just came to make a deal okay," he said wiping his nose, "All we want is a piece of that metal, there is a very dangerous situation at hand," he said and I just turned and started to the entrance but what he said quickly made me come to a halt
