Bloody knuckles, sweaty forehead, aching body.

"Hit it harder J" Carter yelled at me. "You'll lose the next fight if you don't train hard enough." I sighed and cleaned the sweat out of my eyes.

"I'm training as hard as I can Carter, you know I don't need to train as much as the others do" I said taking off my punching gloves that did not help at all.
"I know, your always telling me how your stronger then them and how you can beat them while your high" he sighed and sat beside me. " but you still need to train, and when was the last time you ate."

There he goes again, Carter has always been there for me. He knows how I look like and I know I said that I wouldn't let anybody know the truth but he knows. He was there that night when I killed a guy for lieing to me about where my family's killer was.

"I ate this morning a full plate of pancakes and sausages" I said getting up and heading towards my locker.

Putting my gym bag along with my boxing gloves and mouth guard, I heard a throat clear and felt a presence in the locker room.
"What do you want Reece" I slammed my locker door shut and turned around to face my rival.

"I just wanted to wish you luck in tomorrow's match against Deathtrap" I scoffed and walked past him but before leaving the locker room I stopped a few inches away from him.
"I don't need luck, and next time you show up I'll kill you with out hesitating" I spit on the floor near his foot then walked off.
