***EDIT IN PROGRESS***

For as long as could be remembered, Sharron could see things that others couldn't. Her best friend, Emrys just so happened to be one of these things. After continuously having been teased for seeing these things, she tried pushing them all away or ignoring them. She tried pushing her best friend away, but he was afraid she would forget him, so he continued to visit her when he could.

Every week he came in the dead of night, while everyone else was asleep, and only when she was alone. And during those nights, the ones where she couldn't sleep even if she wanted to, she couldn't stop herself from talking to him. However, as she started having more friends from school, the more nights she spent at their houses and the fewer nights she saw him.

Emrys was actually having similar issues finding nights off. He had started working for his father completing various tasks in the demon world. On the rare chance he managed to escape his father for a few minutes, he would always peek into the mortal world hoping to catch a glimpse of Sharron. He didn't understand why or how she could see him, but over the years of their friendship, he found that he couldn't stop himself from falling in love with her.

Sharron was turning 19 today, Emrys as always had gotten her a present. He didn't know when she would get it, of course, they hadn't spoken in 5 years, but every year he still got her a present. When he checked into the mortal world he was expecting to see her as happy as she always was, laughing with her friends and eating cake like they do every year.

What he saw instead made him disgusted. He saw a man, who looked to be only a few years older than herself, slap her across her face so hard she fell to the ground. He then picked her up by a fist full of her hair and started punching her repeatedly. Emrys was practically spitting fire when he watched her father hardly give them a glance as he walked past. Without even sparring a thought for his father or any trouble he would be in, he advanced hurriedly towards the dimensional portal, leaving fiery footprints in his wake.

Choosing to make his presence visible to all,and breaking all the rules forbidding him to do so, he was transported to just outside her front door. Not bothering to knock he barged in the front door, marched over to the unsuspecting man and smashed his face into the wall just as her father started to walk back into the room, only to stop shocked in the doorway. Emrys then picked the unconscious man up by the scruff of his neck and threw him face first out the livingroom window, shattering it in the process.

With a deadly look upon his face, he walked back over to Sharron, carefully picking her up in his arms while glaring at her father. Looking up at him through her tears, she couldn't believe he was actually there, that he came for her.

She didn't realize she was trading one hell for another. This fight was because she tried breaking up with Finn. Indifference was still better than bruises.

The whole time this was happening though she never stopped hoping Emrys would show up. "Gather up anything you can't leave behind," Sharron was so consumed with her thoughts she didn't realize Emrys had brought her up to her room and placed her on her feet. He was already headed to her closet to grab her suitcase. Most of her stuff was already packed with what she brought back from Finn's.

"Where will we be going?" she asked him as she finished her packing.

"First, we will be making a stop in the demon world, then we can go anywhere you want."

Sharron looked surprised at his statement, she wasn't surprised by the fact he was a demon in fact they had spoken about it many times over the years. She was surprised that he brought her to his home, it was unthinkable for a human to be in the demon world. She also knew that his father would never approve of Emrys leaving the demon world, especially for her sake.
