"Are you sure?" I ask.
"Yeah." they both say with eager faces.
"If your scared we don't have to." Howard says.
"No I'm just making sure you guys are cool with watching a scary movie." I say softly.
"Okay but if you don't just put a different movie." Howard smiles.
"Thanks Howard. But we can watch a scary movie. Which one do you guys want to see?" I ask.
"The Conjuring." Grant says and a smile appears on his face.
"Okay" I say and look for the movie and play it.
Howard sits next to my left and Grant to my right way to be sandwiched. I stand up and make popcorn and grab some sodas. As the movie starts I start to regret wanting to watch the movie.

As the movie finishes I start to feel relief. That movie was pretty scary or am I just a scary cat. I get up from my seat and go put my dishes in the sink and wash them.
"VERONICA YOU WERE SO SCARED." Grant says and chuckles.
"No I wasn't." I defend myself.
"You were Veronica." Howard stands up and walks to the kitchen.
"PSHHH NO." I say.
"You were covering your eyes and hugging the pillow." Grant says and laughs with Howard.
"Okay a little but it's nothing gosh." I say and laugh. "What do you guys want to do?" I ask as I dry my hands.
"We could go to the fair or go skateboarding?" Howard says.
"Let's go skateboarding" I say.
"You skateboard?" Grant asks.
"Yeah I do." I smirk.
"You probably suck." Grant says.
"Haha no." I snap.
"Okay let's go and see if you can 'skateboard' Veronica" Grant smirks.
"I'll get my board." I run to my room and get my penny board that has a clear platform and black wheels. "Okay let's go." I run back to the living room.
"We have to go to my house and get our skateboards." Grant says.
"Okay." I say and follow them to Grant's house.
Grant's house is like 2 house away from my house. As we enter I see 2 kids watching tv.
"Hey Grayson. Hey Garrett." Grant says. The little blonde boy runs up to Grant.
"Hi Grant, hi Howard, hi pretty girl." the little boy says.
"Buddy this is Veronica she is new here. Veronica this is my brother Grayson and that is my other brother Garrett." Grant smiles.
"Hi guys." I say and smile.
"Hi." Garrett says to me. "Grant I have a game today in like half an hour can you take care of Grayson."
"Umm" Grant looks at Howard and I. I nod at Grant that it's okay. "Okay."
"Thanks." Garrett smiles.
"Okay Grayson we are going to the skatepark do you want to bring your bike or a ball." Grant smiles at Grayson.
"I'll bring my ball." he runs to get his ball.
"You can sit down we will get our skateboards." Grant says. I sit and see Grant's beautiful. There is a picture frame on the coffee table. It's Grant's mom, brothers and him they look so happy. I wonder where his dad is but I don't want to ask him.
Grayson comes running to me. "Where is Grant and Howard?"
"They went to get there skateboards." I smile.
"Oh. Do you skateboard too?" he sits next to me.
"Yeah I do." I say.
"Do you want to see something cool?" He yells.
"Umm sure." I laugh.
"My belly button." He starts laughing. Then I here some one running down stairs. It's Grant.
"Grayson stop showing everyone your belly button." Grant tells him.
"BUT IT'S COOL." Grayson yells.
"Do you want me to tickle you?" Grant says.
"NOOO" Grayson laughs. I just laugh with him.
"Okay keep the shirt down." Grant says and the Howard runs down with the skateboards.
"You guys ready." Howard smiles. We leave to skatepark that isn't that far. The guys skateboard while I hold Grayson's hand.

As we get to the skatepark Grayson says he want to learn how to skateboard. Grant shows Grayson how to stand on the board. When Grayson puts his foot down the board slips and he changes his mind. So he goes to the little park and plays with his ball.
I start to skateboard and it's so nice to skateboard on a sunny day. Grant and Howard do some tricks. I jump with my skateboard and when I got to the tip of the ramp I jumped with my skateboard.
"So you do know how to skateboard." Howard smiles at me.
"Your pretty good." Grant compliments.
"Thanks" I smile.

We keep skateboarding for like half an hour. I go look for Grayson at the park. There was two kids around my age looking and whistling at me. I just keep on walking to Grayson.
"Hey Grayson we are leaving let' go." I say and grab his hand. The two guys approach us.
"Hey girl." one winks.
"Want to have fun." the other one says.
"Leave us alone." I sternly say and grab Grayson's hand tight.
"Not until we get what we want." they get closer to me. One tries to go up my shirt but I move away.
"GET AWAY." I yell. Grant and Howard run over here.
"BACK AWAY." Grant yells and Grayson runs to him.
"What are you going to do Landis?" one of the guys yells.
"JAKE I'M SERIOUS LEAVE HER ALONE." Grant yells.
"We aren't done with her." the other guy says.
"STEVE LEAVE HER ALONE." Grant yells and attacks Steve and Howard attacks Jake. They keep fighting and I can stand it.
"STOP" I yell and Grant and Howard stand up.
"THIS ISNT OVER." Jake yells.
