Chase Wilson (or just Chase for short), a fairly young boy around the age of 14 from the town of Roselake, Lanercost thought out loud, kicking a pebble. He stared down at the dark abyss of Lake Eg Pond, (weird name, we know.) as he kicked the small pebble into the water. He looked back at his small home, not noticing the so called "darkness" start to shimmer and spread about the water.The wind started to grow stronger and stronger every minute. Chase looked over at the lake,watching as the water started to bubble and shimmer. His eyes widened with fear at he stared at the lake.
