recap: nick isnt reachable , joe shows up at selenas , olivia is upset , demi going to pick up selena and selena gets a mysterious phone call …

Sel: who is this???

unknown: oh right sorry … its me nick

Selena stomach began to turn but it felt good in some way hearing his voice again.

Sel: oh… hey nick whats up ?

Nick: (scratching his head) by any chance have you seen the news lately ?

Sel: (sighs) yes nick i know they snapped the picture of you leaving my place , im sorry if it has caused any trouble towards you at all…

Nick: (pacing) no no its okay , no trouble just the paps wont stop with theses questions you know?

Sel: actually no aha … they havent bothered me …yet aha

Nick: oh trust me they will (laughs a bit)

Sel: (smiles) i know , my team were gunna comment on this whole thing but your team wasnt reachable and i wanted to make a double statement saying nothing is going on … if you agree

Nick: (stops pacing) well yeah of course …(thinks) how about you come on over to my place so we can sort all this out and tell both our team what to say?

Sel: thats sounds great and all … but what if the paps see me at your place then … that wouldnt really help us now would it (smiles)

Nicks:(chuckles) i guess not, your right how about we meet up at my parents place …?

Sel: hmm alright when? arent you on vacation right now with the guys?

Nick: yeah but- … how do you know?

Sel: Joe told me right now

nick: ah okay- wait so hes at your place

Sel: yeah he wanted to know about the rumor since you werent reachable

Nick: oh yeah i lost my phone ,but anyways thats perfect how about instead we meet at the cheesecake factory for lunch in 20 ?

Sel: is it alright if i bring along demi and joe since i had alright invited joe and demi invited me  to lunch?

Nick:(thinks)…(chuckles) yeah thats fine sel

Sel: (smiles) alright see you in 20

In the background of selena line they both hear "selena where do you keep the spoons!!?" Both nick and selena laugh knowing that joe must be looking for something to eat .

Nick: Alright sel see you in a bit ., bye

Sel: bye (hangs up)

Selena walks towards the kitchen to see a hungry joe trying to open a yogurt cup.

Sel:put that down joe were going to go eat with demi and nick in20 mins now come on

Joe: (stomachgrowls) lets make that 10

Sel: (smiles) alright ill txt demi to meet us up

Both joe and selena head outside .

Joe: come on ill drive you to the restaurant , i drive faster when im hungry

Selena: (laughs) okay lets go !

Both joe and selena leave her house and are on their way to the cheesecake factory . Selena texts demi what happened and to meet them there .

Nicks about finished to head off to meet up with selena when he gets a knock on his front door. Nick yells "Coming"!

Nick: (opens door) olivia…

olivia: why didnt you call to tell me you were back??…

Nick: (sighs) cause i lost my phone i had to borrow a friends phone to even tell my parents i was back …

Olivia: (upset) fine , can you please explain this ⇨ (points to magazine showing him leaving sels place at 11)

Nick: (looks at the pic & notices the happiness on both hers and his face, half smiles) (turns to olivia ,straight face) olivia its not true you know that !

olivia: how am i suppose to know that!!!

Nick: (getting irritated) do you trust me??!

Olivia: yes but-!

Nick: then but nothing ! if i say its not true you should believe me! i went to visit her and we catched up thats all !

Olivia: (dumbfounded) well…okay im sorry its just that - (sees hes dressed up ) were you going to go out?

Nick: yes … im going to go hang out with some friends

Olivia: who?

Nick: Joe, demi and selena…

olivia: (about to yell but then thinks) oh alright, call me when we can go to dinner ?… i missed you 

Nick: (calm) i will … call you later (walks towards his car and drives off

Olivia: (hurt) hmmm (goes towards her car and follows nick) ……………………………
