Chapter five- you're Undead to me

It was almost time for the party I grab the yellow dress and looked at myself in the merrier; 'red one' you heard Damons voice echo throughout your head.

You sigh throwing the dress and grabbing the red one putting it in along with red lipstick and black eyeshadow, mascara, and black heels.

I start to get a little nervous I mean your going to a party with someone who you barley knew but I'm sure I can trust him since he's brothers with Stefan.

"Olivia come on!" Elena calls from downstairs I widen my eyes realizing I forgot to tell Elena I rush downstairs "sorry I forgot to tell you I have a date who's taking me" as I say that she smirks at me "who?" She says wiggling her eyebrows.

I open my mouth but was beat to it "me of course" Damon says walking in Stefan glares at him as he takes my hand and kissing it his soft lips hitting my skin made me have butterflies and my heart beat fast.

"Oh cool we both got the Salvatore brothers" Elena whispers to me as we walk out saying goodbye to Jenna.

"Shut it" I said back we go into to different cara Elena and Stefan went in his as me and Damon went in his.

I sat down looking out the window my hand was resting on the arm holder; i then feel his hand grab mind sending tingles all around my body I look at him he smirks still looking at the road.

We get to the party; Caroline walks up to me and slaps me "Care!" I said holding it she starts to tear up "you bitch you stole him away from me!" She yells at you I then turn to Elena.

"Listen, just leave us alone and to find some other people to complain to" Damond says to her; her face was blank she nods and walks away.

I glare at Damon "I could of handled myself" I told him he ignores me and we walk in the building as the crowd of people went all around the room.

"Let's get a drink" Damon says; I nod and we head over with Elena and Stefan I grab one and so does everyone else and I take a sip.

Me and Elena walk over to the wall of history as we see our parents weeding rings. "I miss them" I whisper Elena hugs me I smile wiping the tears away.

"Your parents?" Stefan says kissing Elena on the cheek it was adorable I wish I had that; "there's a lot of history here" I tell them looking at everything.

"The founding families in mystic falls welcomes you to the inaugural founders council celebration.." i read amused I read some more "wow, look, it's the original guest registry. Look at all these familiar names- sheriff Williams Forbes, mayor Benjamin Lockwood. Is that Damon Salvatore? And, Stefan Salvatore?" I said questionably looking at Stefan he looked nervous.

"The original Salvatore brothers. Our ancestors, tragic stormy, actually" Damon says scaring me half to death "you need to stop doing that" I tell him he chuckles.

"We don't need to bore them with stories of the past" Stefan says trying to drop it for some reason why? "It's not boring, Stefan. I'd love to hear more about your family" Elena says trying to make him spill.

"Well, I'm bored" I said saving Stefan I look at Damon who was drinking; "I want to dance" I tell him "Mm-Hmm" he reply's I glare at him crossing my arms.

I roll my eyes; "whatever" I mumble chugging my drink. I then lean against the wall looking around the room to see if anyone is willing to dance with me.

I then see Caroline walk into the bathroom I wanted to apologize and say that we aren't dating so I walked in after her.

I walk in to see her fixing her makeup "hey" I said quietly "hey. So how's things with Damon?" She asked I sigh and look down "great. Just great" I said sarcastically she laughs and I smile happy to make her smile.

I look over at her as she leans down her scarf goes up revealing what looks to be bite marks; "what is that?" I asked looking at it she pulls it back down "hmm" She reply's like nothing happened.

I then pull it up again she pushes me off "oh god, Caroline, what happened?" I asked she rolls her eyes "nothing, okay!" She yells at me collecting her stuff.

"That's not nothing! Did somebody hurt you?" I asked she turns to me "no, okay, nothing. It just....my mom would kill me" she says I then pull down the scarf to reveal more bruises and bite marks.

"Did Damon hurt you?!" I ask for he was the only one she has been hanging out with lately; "no! Of course not! Just leave me alone. Okay. Olivia!" She says I bite my bottom lip out of frustration and left I scanned the room to see Damon I walk up to him he looks at me smirking.

"There's something seriously wrong with you. You stay away from Caroline or I will go straight to her mother, the sheriff. You got it! Stay away from her." I warning him pausing out of my way as I walk I flip him off "oh and the date is canceled" I yell walking outside to take a breather.

It's been about and hour when I heard screaming bringing back memories I quickly run over to see Caroline on the ground covered in blood and Damon in the floor with blood on his mouth he is also on the ground in pain.

"CARE!" I scream running to her picking her head up and setting it on my lap; "WHAT DID YOU DO!" I scream at Damon he groans then Stefan walk up to us he sees me as tears fell off my face.

"Stefan Caroline.. we need to save her call the cops.." I tell him he then bends down putting his hand on my shoulder "just trust me" he says I nod he then looks at Caroline.

Around his eyes there was vanes and his eyes turn red shot, I back away as veins came out of his mouth and he bit into his wrist making Caroline drink his blood.

I started to shake he looked at me "please don't run or be scared I won't hurt you but my brother on the other hand" he says calmly I then realize I was by Damon I moved away to scared to speak I stared to sob.

I was covered in Caroline's blood I look at it then back at Stefan "you can't tell anyone" he says I shake my head no "h-how?.." I mumble he sighs and looks at Damon "I have to deal with him first. Just promise you won't tell anyone" I look at Damon and nod.

"Caroline!" Elena yells I snap my head to see her running towards us; I look back to see Damon and Stefan gone.

"Oh my god. What happened?" Elena asked I wipe away my tears "I just found her like this" I whisper bringing my knees up covering my face in them.

Just then Caroline sits up gasping I look at her she looked shocked; "I'm fine" Caroline says plainly I crawl over to her and Elena "no. You're shaking. Caroline—what—"

"In fine!" Caroline yells as she starts to cry "Caroline, come here, come here" I tell her we all hug as she cry's.
