Chapter 2

Paxton POV

Breathing heavily, heart racing I cant help but stare at the black haired, muscular, fawn skin toned, medium size slightly crooked nosed man who looks to be 6'3 and has eletric blue almond eyes that are staring down at his phone.

"Hey Paxton, what are you staring at?" Drake questions as Akita nuzzles my hand noticing my frozen state. Shaking my head trying to clear the daze I'm in, I look at Drake and clear my throat whispering " um.. That guy over there..." I trailed off not know what to say when Drakes expression turns.

Grabbing my hand trying to pull me away from the beautiful boy, who still hasnt noticed me. Drake has a cold expression on his face trying to lead me away and to his truck.

Feeling tingles shoot down my spine in pleasure, I quickly snap my head back and look at the man staring at me as his eyes shoot to Drake's hand pulling me away.

I start to panic as his face goes as cold as Drake's and starts to walk toward us. "Ummm... Drake stop" I try to stand my ground and pull my wrist out of his grip only to have my other hand engulfed into another large hand.

Looking from my hand, up his arm, to his face I gasp in surprise as his features are more stunning in person. "Leave. Her. Alone." Growls out this man...my soul mate.

" you wish. You can't expect her to go crawling to you when I have been with her since diaper times." Scoffed Drake.

Akita blocks me from the man. Keeping my eyes cast downward as the two males bicker. Getting annoyed I clear my throat, as they both look at me. My mate smiles a jaw dropping smile and Drake glares.

Drake looks like he wishes he has laser vision to literally glare holes through the mans head. I giggle at the thought.

" what's so funny, darling?" Raised eyebrows of the man asks me. Drake rolls his eyes and before I can answer tells me " lets get going, you dont need him. He will just reject you. I love you, come on"

Nodding silently already knowing I will get rejected once this man finds out my problems and my past. I try to walk away but get pulled back when the mystery man tugs on my wrist bringing me into his chest as Akita tries to block again.

Drake stares him in the eyes and curses under his breath.

"You're coming with me. Lets go" the man starts to walk away, still holding my wrist. " I... I dont even know your name!" I suddenly stutter shout catching him off guard. "Theo." He states, continuing to pull me along.

Akita follows silently, unsure of my feelings and if she should alert or not. I look back to seeing a pissed of Drake storming to his truck and driving off.

*time skip to his place*

The whole ride here was full of silence and me staring out the window as Akita panted in the back happy to be in the car.

" you cant expect me to stay with you?? I Don't have any of my things here!" I cross my arms over my chest as I stare at the man, Theo.

Rolling his eyes he says " we will go by and get your stuff tomorrow. For tonight you can wear my clothes. " He smirks in a cocky way.

We end up sitting on his couch watching " The Fault in Our Stars." My favorite movie. I made sure to sit on the opposite end of the couch.

A strange man walks in all of a sudden. He smiles once he notices me and leans against the wall saying " hey baby, how are you?" I raise an eyebrow as Akita blocks already even though he is a few feet away.

"Dont even think about it Robin" Theo coldly states. "Taken" he says a few seconds later. Robin sighs and says " had to try"

" what do you mean taken? You never asked me out, I dont know you. You are keeping me here against my will. And so much more" I huff out, petting Akita.

" whatever. You're mine." Theo states as he walks away with Robin making sure to tell me I'm not allowed to leave the house.

The NERVE of this guy....
