**Leah's POV**

What the hell am I doing? Did I just tease Hunter? The notorious bad boy? If Xander found out he'd skin Hunter alive and the send me away. He'd tell my tia that it's too much for me and that I'm scared. Then he'd go on a rampage while I'm away. I can't let that happen, I can't leave my tia or Xander as a matter of fact.

"Deep thoughts and pizza? Never thought of that mix before," Hunter says, looking at me curiously.

"That's because you don't have brain cells," I counter.

"Aw, that's not true and you know it, Princess," I bite my lip, knowing this is wrong and if one of Xander's gang members saw me they'd throw me over their shoulder and drag me right to him.

"Calling me Princess won't get me into your bed any faster," I roll my eyes at him, watching him struggle to find words.

"Are you saying you will get into my bed?" His eyes light up as if he truly believed it. I scoff.

"As if! You're just a dirty fuckboy! Why would I ever crawl into your bed, huh?" I question him, my face turning red.

"Because I'm not always a 'fuckboy' as you say," his eyes get angry, then soften. I fight to stay strong. Don't get me wrong, he is wickedly hot and can be very kind but I'm very sure it's all to get in my pants. Besides, being next to him even yet alone talking to him is a huge risk. The chances of Xander coming by and seeing him... are too high for my liking.

I'd never be allowed to school without guards. And if people start to notice that, they may just notice me and realize who I am.

"Mhmm, we'll-" my eyes land on the door as the bell rings for a new customer enters. It's Marco. Xander's best man. I stop and stare for a second. His icy eyes land on me and I know I'm fucked. He walked over to the table with passion. Hunter looks over and sees him, clearly thinking the same thing but for another reason.

"I'm so sorry, Leah. We should get going," my eyes go wide. Idiot. Fucking idiot. I stand up abruptly. Please don't say anything, anyone, pretend I wasn't here, please. I'm sorry for being an idiot and thinking I could get away with this. Please God just don't let them say anything. I will in my head.

"Don't say a word, Hunter. Please." He stands up next to me and tries to read my face. I go numb. Used to dealing with members of his gang.

"Little sister! Haven't seen you in a few weeks, thought the big man was hiding you from us!" He chuckles, clearly examining Hunter. "You disappear for a couple days and I see you with this whetto." He tsk tsk causing my neck to heat up. I can tell Hunter is confused. "Hermana, I'm disappointed. Though Xander raised you better." Hunters eyes go wide, I can feel it.

"Marco, he didn't know about that. Why don't you ever keep your mouth shut?" Rage seeps into my voice, he laughs. "Look, just don't tell him. Okay? I'll start showing up more, I've just been busy with Tia Rosa. Xander's been out and you know it. Someone has to stay home and be domestic." Marco softens. He's always loved my tia. She saw good in him when no one else did. He became family in a way.

"You know I can't keep my mouth shut hermana. Sorry but rules are rules. So are you going to tell whetto here to scram or am I going to have to?" I sigh and look up at Hunter apologetically.

"Sorry, but you gotta go. Now. The deal is off, I can't do this. I'm sorry," I start walking to Marco feeling Hunter's gaze on my back.

"No, no, no. Fuck that. You're not going anywhere with this slime ball. There's no way you actually know him. Get the fuck back over here." He starts surging forward towards me.

"What the fuck did you just call me whetto?!" Marco shouts while his hand twitches to the inside of his pants where he keeps his gun. I move in front of him afraid of the possible massacre about to take place.

"Just stop!" I shout surprising myself and both the boys. Finally I notice the small old man behind the counter watching intently. "Excuse us sir, sometimes these two get out of control. We'll head outside so we don't bother you anymore." He nods, still watching Marco with curiosity. "Outside, now." I growl.

Marco walks out laughing and Hunter races to grab me before I walk out. "You gotta tell me what's going on Leah. Please." I shake my head no and stalk over to Marco's bike. He hands me the helmet and revs the engine.

"Leah! Please!" Hunter yells over to me. I turn away and hop on. Making sure that the gun is where it's suppose to be. Marco sure enough gets a kick out of it cause my hand touches the wrong side first then the gun.

"Just ask if you want me that bad, still." We race off down the street and a chill goes down my spine at the once blissful memories.
