Spring was a lone wolf, she hunted in the south forest, far from the west, were the territory of a pack was. Spring was only a pup when her mother had abandoned her.
Her mother was a fully dark-brown wolf with yellow eyes. She didn't know who her father was though.
Spring trotted through the south forest, trying to pick up a sent of prey. Then she heard a rabbit. She was really hungery, she haddent eaten all day, and it was the afternoon.
"A rabbit will do just fine" she muttered to her self under her breath.
Then she leaped out in it, the rabbit ran and she ran with it. It ran through a clump of fern, Spring jumped over it. It was running on a dirt track, it ducked under a fallen tree and Spring latched onto it, and then hureled herself off of it
Her heart was racing and she was beginning to pant. She hesitated a little bit trying to find were the rabbit was and she saw a bush rattling, she jumped at it.
To her surprise it wasn't a rabbit, she had pinned a wolf! "Who are you?" Spring asked, shaking her golden and grey fur. She still was pinning the strange wolf.
"My name is paw" the tan young wolf was shaking."why are you in the south part of the forest? This isn't pack territory, right?" Spring questioned the young wolf. "What do you mean? This is the west side of the forest." Paw spat back. Did I really chase that rabbit that far? She thought. I must of been to hungery to realise how far I had ran.
She looked around. She didn't recognise any of the forest around her, when she would recognise any part of the south forest when she would just get a glimpse at it, she had grown up in the south forest and she had expired every last inch of the south forest.
If she was in the south forest she would of known where she was staright away. She hesitated to think further. When I was chasing the rabbit I didn't realise that I was running into unknown grounds, can I be so dumb while I'm hungery? Spring thought.
"I think I've heard about you before, I've heard tales about a timber she-wolf" Paw turned his tone to mocking, to serious. "Your name is Spring, right?" Paw asked, the young wolf was about Spring age, well at least he looked it.
"How do you know that?" Spring let Paw up. "Oh, every one knows about you, you know us pack wolf arent as dumb as you think, we know our soroundings, you know." Paw shook his fur. "Hey, you look hungery, I could fetch you something becouse you look too tired to hunt." What paw had just said was right. All Spring felt like doing is just, flop down into her den and eat some thing. Spring couldn't help but saying." Sure."
The sun was starting to set, Paw wasn't back from his hunting trip yet. Then she heard Paw's voice from behind her. "Hey I'm sorry it took so long, it's just I had to catch the extras" Spring turned around to see four dead rabbits on Paw's back. "Wow yo-." Spring got cut off by a voice behind her.
"What are you doing Paw? What is the rule? Never feed or even let outsiders into the territory." Spring turned around to see a big muscular black-wolf. "I'm sorry, Stone, but she was hungry, she would of starved if I didn't act" Paw walked up beside Spring and dropped the rabbits.
"Well I suppose you have done a good deed, feeding her, becouse, Paw, you see the good in all wolves. You know that no matter who they are, they are still a wolf, just like yourself" Stone spoke, the pink-ish pale dappled light hanging down from the canopy above them.
Paw ducked his head in houner. "But you still will be punished for not following the rules." Stone finished off his words, jumping off the medium sized hill he was on, walking towards Spring.
"And as for you, a-." Stone was stumped. Looking at Spring. Spring felt scared. What is he going to do to me? Spring thought.
