This is my first story I've published on Wattpad and I not gonna lie I'm nervous. I'm not that good of writer but I am working on getting better, I swear writing is my favorite creative outlet and it's a good way for me to get away so this story isn't necessarily for anybody to read but for me but if anyone happens to find this... Hey enjoy.
Also if you aren't a fan of cussing then this story isn't for you, I do and will continue using cuss words so leave now or forever hold your peace... (I am hoping to make the stories longer as I keep writing as well)
Ok long disclaimer over.

Cami's POV
I fumed with rage although the tears streaming down my face told a different story. I went to the only place I knew that would make me feel better, the football field. To my surprise the school's football team wasn't having practice but I suspected there to be players on the field later. My eyes scanned the field in search of footballs while I tied up my shoulder length strawberry blond hair. Thankfully today was the day I chose to wear shorts and a shirt instead of my usual dresses or jeans, when I spotted the football I grabbed it and reached for the kickoff tee. I know the ideal spot for kicking it into the field goal was 30 years but I knew the anger coursing through me demanded more so I placed the kickoff tee on the 50 yard mark and positioned myself to kick when a voice interrupted my thoughts.
Blake's POV
My twin brother, Erin and I walked in front of the rest of the team through the gym to make our way out onto the field for practice. He was walking backwards telling the team about his latest conquests in the world of girls. My eyes were trained on the field though where someone else was out there.
"Hey guys, check it out." I extended my finger out to the girl that was standing on the field. My brother stopped his story and turned around as the other guys came forward, clearly this shocked everybody as it was unusual to see someone out there playing football but a girl was even crazier.
"Go tell her to get off the field Blake." My best friend Liam said from my side.
"Why me?!" I didn't want to be the jerk that kicked her out.
"Because your the team captain and the star quarterback so she'll just swoon at the sight of you anyways." He responded. I rolled my eyes and walked up to her, she extended her leg back to kick the football in front of her and I almost scoffed at the attempt. Not even our own kicker could kick from 50 yards.
"Hey could you get off the field?" Her head whipped towards me along with her short ponytail. Her fair skin had been turned red and I could see the dried tears on her face and I was almost intimidated by the intense look in her dark blue eyes, almost.
"Nope." Was all she said before she turned back to the ball.
'"Well we need the field for practice." This time she didn't acknowledge my response but instead she mumbled to herself under her breath. If I wasn't actively listening I don't think I could have picked it up.
"Fake friends, cheating boyfriend, dumb stereotypes." She paused and ran to kick the ball. "Dammit" She said this loud enough for the rest of the team to hear and then she went to kick the football. My mouth dropped in shock as we all watched the ball fly through the air and straight through the field goal with ease. My gaze broke away from the ball and back to the girl who didn't even look fazed. She bent down to get the kickoff tee and shoved it onto my chest and walked away, I stumbled from the force she put behind the shove and I watched her walk away with clear anger behind her step.
"What the hell just happened?" I said, dumbfounded by the sudden outburst from her but mostly her ability to kick that football so far.
Liam's tall figure came into my view and he rubbed his hand on top of his black buzz cut. He opened his mouth to speak but instead let out a short laugh. "Beats me." His flashed his crooked teeth.
"Whatever. Let's get started with practice." Erin spoke up.

Cami's POV
I tugged at my long sleeve shirt and started at my black converse. Today was definitely a causal kinda day. I knew I had to apologize to Blake for being such a bitch yesterday but it didn't make me any less nervous, the adrenaline that was coursing through me yesterday made me a totally different person because I am typically a very very shy person. I looked up to notice I was only a few steps away from Blake's locker, thank god no one was with him.
"Hey." I said softly and when he turned his head to face me I was surprised he heard me.
"Hey?" He questioned me. I could tell that even though he saw me yesterday he had never seen me before. The perks of being a nobody at this school. He looked down at me with his light brown eyes that I was sure would practically glow in the sun, he had a good 5 inches on me even though I was considered tall-ish at 5'6. My eyes trailed to his muscles in his tight fitted shirt but I quickly met his eyes again.
"I just wanted to apologize for being such a bitch yesterday, I had a really bad day yesterday and even though that isn't an excuse I just felt bad because I'm not usually like that." Fuck I was rambling. "Anyways I'm sorry." I sighed and gave him a small smile. He returned it before speaking.
"It's okay. That was a really impressive kick though. Our kicker can't even kick 50 yards." I blushed at the sudden compliment.
"Thanks, I've been working on it for years. Football is practically my entire life." I glanced behind him and noticed the football team making their way towards our way. "Um... your friends are coming over here so I'm just gonna get going." He nodded and I walked the opposite direction with my head down once again fiddling with the sleeves of my shirt.
