Chapter Eighteen

I wake up the next morning and my head is pounding I get into the shower then change into all wonder woman stuff. I walk out and see Hope has all spiderman stuff and Jess has all super man stuff "Guess its super hero day" I say. We all laugh and go down stairs where Nash and Matt are, "guys why are you dressed in hero stuff" Nash asked "why don't you like it" I ask. 'Yea I was just wondering" he says "so Hope were have ya been we haven't seen ya in a while" Jess asks, "ya know just places" she says as we laugh. I go into the kitchen and put my binder on the table, Hope and Jess both sit down "what are you guys talking about?" Nash asks "the wedding remember" she says, Nash sits down and Jessica asks "What's your theme?" "beach" Nash says. "I can't believe you actually remembered but yes" I say, Nash gives me a glare and I say "OK girls time for the dress shopping". I kiss Nash goodbye, grab my keys and we go into the car. We drive to the store and I tell them "we are going to be on the beach so short dresses deep colors so like a dark purple,black,deep blue maybe a light color you know what pick a dress I will see if it is ok or not" They go off in there own directions, Hope grabs red strapless dress. "How's this dress Dyl?" she asks "Perfect" I says smiling then Jessica grabs a blue and black dress. "Hows this?" she asks "Its going too look amazing on you Jess" I say smiling then I get a text. "Omg" I say sitting down before I pass out. "Dylan what's wrong" Hope says "I have to go back to Tennessee to take care of my dad" I say. I put my face in my hands and start to cry. "Dylan it will be ok when do you have to be there?" Jess asks "A week" I say starting to cry more. Hope sits next to me and hugs me. You can face time him" Hope says. "How long will you be gone?" Jessica asks "3 months" I said. "We can plan the rest of your wedding and then when you and Nash are back together everything will be ready so when you get back you two can get married" Jess says "THAT'S A GREAT IDEA JESSICA" Hope says. I smile but then say " How the hell am I gonna tell Nash though?" I say, "That's all you girl" They said. "Come on you need a dress" Hope says grabbing my arm and pulling me to the wedding dresses. After an hour I find the dress. We get back to the house and Nash and Matt are sitting on the couch. "Nash can I talk to you out of the porch?" I ask. He nods and follows me outside. "Nash I need to tell you something" I say looking down. He lifts my head so I am looking at him "What's up?" he says "I have too leave for three months to Tennessee to take care of my dad." I say starting to cry. The smile he had on his face is now gone and he hugs me "Dylan I-I don't know what to say" he says. I hug him then pull away "I need to go pack my flight is in a week" I say quietly. His face goes pale, I kiss him then I go back inside and up to my room. I pack everything and sit on the bed and just start to cry.

- ONE WEEK LATER - 

I get up and put my clothes on. I put my things in the car then I go over to Hope and Jessica. I hug Hope and tell her "See ya in three months?" "Hell nah I'll see ya in three hours through face time" she says. I crack a smile and hug her once more. Then I hug Jessica and say "Keep an eye on Nash for me would ya" "Sure but that won't be hard he will probably not come out of his room until you get back" she says knowing it's probably the truth. I hug her again and go inside to say goodbye to Nash and Matt. I see Matt first and I hug him goodbye "Keep in touch got it" he says I laugh and say "Of course I will" I go up stairs but Nash is not there. He's not anywhere. I get Chloe then get into my car and make my way to the airport but the whole ride there all I though of was Nash and where he was. I miss him already. I get the the airport and  grab my bag and Chloe jumps out and follows me. As soon as I walk in I see Nash waiting for me, I drop my ag and run into his arms not caring who saw us. I pull away and he hands me something,I open the box and see a phone case that says "so I stole his". I look confused then he puts it on my phone andd his case says "she stole my heart". I start to cry because how sweet this is. I hug him tightly, not wanting to let him go. I had everything already done and then my flight was called. I pull away then look at him. Tears in his eyes and in mine. "I have to go now" I say still crying. Tears falling and Nash wipes them away, he kisses me and says "I love you Dylan" "I love you too Nash" I say hugging him one last time, grabbing my bags and Chloe following. I start to walk and then I turn to face Nash who is just standing there still, "last call flight 638" I smiles still crying then walks. I board my plain with Chloe on my lap. She starts wining because she misses Nash as much as I do. I cry myself to sleep.

- NASH'S P.O.V -

She's Gone. I can't believe she is actually gone. I get into my car and pull out my phone. I stare at my case crying just a little, holding back most of my tears. She has not been gone an hour yet and I am crying. How am I going to last three months? I drive back to the house and go inside. With out talking to anyone or making eye contact I go up stairs. I log on to vine. "Hey guys shout out to Dylan miss ya already" I pause it and I have 5 seconds left. I unpause it and say I love ya and I'll face time you as soon as you text me" It ends and I don't have any clue what to do. Usually me and Dylan are just getting up because it is 8:30 am. "Why is it I find a girl and I am POSITIVE she is the one she leaves me." I say to myself. I talk to myself when I am upset. After about 5 hours (1:30 pm) I get a text from Dylan.

To: Nash <3

From: Dylan

Hey bae face time me ok?

To: Dylan <3

From: Nash

Sure

I get on the laptop and video call her. Her beautiful face pops up on the screen. "Hey baby girl" I say. After I said it I realized how stupid that sounded but she didn't care. "Hey I miss you and so does Chloe" she says. She is on her phone. "I miss you too, both of you. So hows your dad?" I ask "Good I guess" she says in a familiar voice "Your lying I know that voice" I say, and I did. This is going to be bad. Well I just got back from taking him to the doctors and apparently " she stops tears filling her eyes. "He has stage 4 heart Cancer. he has a month to live" she says starting to cry even harder. Holy shit. "I though he was just sick and how did he get stage four without it being detected?" I ask. "He refused to see a doctor, that's why I had to come up here" she said trying to calm herself down. Which, is not working. "I-I-I'm so sorry Dylan they can't save him?" I ask "No its progressed to much. It is traveling throughout his body. I have to force him to eat. Which now I can't even do. He will be gone in a week. He will starve. And I can't do A DAMN THING" She shout crying even more. I wish I was there with her. This is to hard for her to handle on her own. Then. There is a loud gasp and then a big bang. "DADDY" she shouts. She drops the phone so now all I see is the ceiling. I hear her scream. Then the sound goes. Probably because Chloe walks over and sits on Dylan's phone.
