Quirk: Water

Description of quirk:  User of this quirk has a Long blue tail (vaporeons tail) which they store extra water in. They are able to summon large sums of water from their palms, some of which can be boiling hot. If they happen to run out of water, they have to drink over 2 gallons to come to its maximum. If the user tries to use their quirk 30 minutes after it ran out, they will use the spare 60+ percent of water that's makes up most of their body, resulting in death. 

I kicked a pebble as I walked down the empty streets of Musutafu Japan. Hands in my pockets, earphones in my ears, playing some good tunes. My tail swayed left and right to the beat. Work was pretty stressful after some villains tried robbing a store, and someone ate the last slice of pizza in the office. It was about afternoon/sunset, around 8 pm, and I was heading back to my house to chug lots of water before laying down and probably watching a movie. 

I had only had a few cups of water after the attack, so I was pretty vulnerable in this state.

I decided it would be a good idea to go to the more secluded side of town, since they sell the best ramen , and I was starving. 

I made it half way before I heard a shuffle in the alleyway next to me. Being the curious one, I decided to take a look and see what made the noise. I took a few steps forward, having two dark green eyes light up making me stop in my tracks. He smiled, letting his white teeth shine in the dark, creating a very scary vibe.

I took a step back, gulping loudly as they slowly started inching their way towards me. I was now standing near the edge of the road, his clothes barely visible from where he stood.

"Its great to see you again..... Y/n" He spoke darkly. His voice was very familiar, and was a little high pitched.

He stepped out into the open, showing his true identity. 

Izuku Midoriya, Worlds #1 most dangerous villain.

I had a thing for  Midoriya back in elementary and through out the first year of U.A. When the second year came around, him and Ochako were dating. They loved each other very much, and by then, Izuku and gotten used to having One for all. Ochako died when they were testing with 13 for the exams test. She got sucked into his black portal thing, and was never seen again. 

Izuku tried to get over it, but.............................. he didn't.

I started feeling things for kacchan, and Izuku started falling for me. He tried asking me to go out with him, but I declined saying the feelings weren't mutual. 

He soon reverted back to Ochako and got very angry and mad all the time. He blamed it on the teachers, and would never come to school. The next week, reports of the famous hero, 13, had been stabbed in their sleep.

Everyone thought it was Izuku, but everyone knew he was too innocent.

But they truly never knew him.
