Shownu likes you but you avoid him after seeing him with someone else.
"Can you two keep it down" the loud voice of Kihyun boomed yet again silencing your giggles. You and Shownu looked to each other.
You rolled your eyes and mocked Kihyun behind his back. This made Shownu smile and expose his cute eye wrinkles.
Days with Shownu were always like this. He was never loud around anyone but as soon as you appeared it was like a switch was flipped. The boys were constantly telling you two to shut up, even Minhyuk who is the loudest of the loud would occasionally have to as well.
As of now Kihyun was studying a recipe in the kitchen whilst also going over lines. Being the only 3 in the house you both kept him company in the kitchen.
"You know what can you two just go to another room?" Kihyun asked clear annoyance lacing his voice. You both nodded with you giving a quick "Sorry" as you left the room.
This caused Kihyun to smile and quickly dismiss it. He had a soft spot for you and you knew that.
Shownu led you into the living room to get away from grumpy in the kitchen. "So, I noticed that" Shownu winked. You cocked your head in confusion.
"Alright, Shownu what did you notice?" You questioned. He laughed shaking his head at you. "Your little crush on Kihyun. He teased.
You gasped and threw a pillow at him. "Stop it with that, I absolutely do not, besides even if I did I wouldn't talk about it feet away from him" you dismissed.
You face was flushed red. Talk about embarrassing, what if he heard. You wanted to tell him he was wrong, you didn't have a thing for Kihyun.
He couldn't be more wrong. Every time you spoke to Kihyun even a simple hello Shownu would say something. You couldn't convince him otherwise.
If you told him who you really liked that would change everything. How exactly would you even say that type of thing? 'Hi Shownu yeah I don't like Kihyun, actually I'm in love with you, yeah my best friend I've known for 11 years'. That wouldn't go down well.
"Y/n you're spacing out, hope you're not thinking of you know who" he laughed. You rolled you eyes. "Yeah yeah, I gotta get going now anyway, catch up with you later".
Nodding Shownu stood up and hugged you goodbye. You walked to the kitchen grabbing your backpack.

Shownu watched as you walked into the kitchen. You picked your backpack off the floor causing Kihyun to look over at you.
"Leaving so soon?" Kihyun asked. You nodded. "Yeah I have stacks of paperwork to do tonight, sorry I couldn't stay for dinner" you apologised.
