Total Drama: Scottney Prevails

The Party

Five pm.

"Do we need to wear something nice?"I ask Cameron and Sam who were sharing a room with me.

" Not really.They said it didn't really matter."Cameron replied as he wears the same red hoodie he has.

"Okay.Fine.I'll just go for the food.That dirt pudding before wasn't really that bad." I exit the room and head downstairs.

The music was loud as hell and people were scattered everywhere.I don't even know most of these people.I go outside and look over at the ocean.My stomach grumbles seeing fish jump out of the water.

"Hey...uh...how's it going?" Mike approaches me while carrying two plates with a slice of pizza and some fries on the side.I ignore him as I mind my own business.

"Here." He hands me the plate of food.

"I got this for you."

"Thanks." I take it and eat furiously.

Did that DJ make all the food? He's one heck of a guy to make food this good.

"You okay?" Mike looks at me in concern.

"I'm fine.Just hungry." I continue munching on the pizza.

"Look if it's about what Mal did.I'm sorry,I should have stopped him sooner.."

"Doesn't matter,we're not even a thing anymore.After voting her off like that,I don't think she can forgive me.I better just go back to the farm after all this and apologize to papi." I sigh and empty my plate.

"You could try talking to her..."

"Yeah.Maybe.....Man,you and Zoey are both so annoying." I comment and he laughs and takes it as a compliment.

I could only remain silent feeling a bit sick as we walk over the poolside after dropping off our empty plates.I was about to dive in the pool,I spot a familiar face.

"Ah....shit." I hide behind Mike.

"What's wrong?"

"Why the hell is Fang in the pool?WHY IS HE EVEN HERE!?" I tremble in fear.

"Ah,well...he's kind of a celebrity.Chris invited him."

"Chris is here too!?Since the show is over,I need to punch that guy's face for being a huge jerk!" I stand up and accidentally bump into someone causing me to lose my balance.

"Scott!" I here Mike shout as I fall in the pool.

SHIT.SHIT.SHIT.

A painful feeling in my stomach grows as I fell into the pool.

I can't move...!

Fang heads toward me with a huge grin on his face.

I scream and close my eyes.A few seconds pass and I feel like I'm being dragged.

....What?

I open my eyes and see Courtney lifting me out of the water.As soon as we're out I was dropped steadily on the floor and I cough out the water that got stuck inside me.

"Are you stupid?!Don't ever do that again!"Courtney scolds me and looked at me with a worried face.

Well....this is a great way to meet up again.

"What...what happened?" I ask looking over at the pool.

Everyone was staring at us or mostly at Courtney.

"Whoa,dude!Courtney just took out that shark and threw it overboard!" Geoff exclaimed.

"That was totally wicked dude!" Brody,a friend of Geoff (also appeared in the Rindonculous Race) added as both him and Geoff high five each other.

"You did...what?" I look at Courtney and she tried to choose her words carefully.

"I didn't do it for you!I just wanted to swim and that shark was in the way..."

"But he was only going for Scott and doesn't bother anyone else..." Lindsay added and Courtney froze for a second.

"Whatever....you sit tight.I'll go ask DJ to get you something to help your stomach." She leaves in a hurry and I do what she says.

"Oooooh!She likes you!" Lindsay didn't leave and stuck around to tease me.

"Shut up Lindsay..."

"Are you okay though?that was a dangerous fall." Mike helps me sit up.

"Yeah,I'm not a baby.That shark didn't scare me.I was about to punch it myself but Courtney was in the way."

Courtney comes back holding a tumbler.

"DJ told me you need to drink this.It's chamomile tea,it will help soothe the pain." She pours me some and I take it from her and our fingers touch for a second but she ignores it.

" Is he okay?" Bridgette walks over to check on me.

"Yeah.I'm gonna go,take care of him Mike." Courtney hands Mike the tumbler and turns to leave.

"Hey,C...Courtney." I call out to her and she turns to me.

"Thanks."

She smiles at me and walks away.

"That actually went well.Good job." Mike praises me and gives me a light pat on the shoulder.

"Aren't you two still dating though?" Bridgette asked a little confused of the situation.

I look at her back as it goes farther away.

"I don't know."

MEANWHILE......at the dining room.

"Are you okay Courtney? You seem a little tired." Beth offered a seat to her and she accepts.

"Girl,we saw what happened. You're still dating him right?What's up with the heavy tension between you two..."Leshawna gives Courtney a disappointed look and she can only look down .

" I did some pretty mean things before and I don't think Scott can trust me after what I did."She finally replied , feeling a bit down.

"What are you talking about!?You and Scott are one solid pair.It'll be all better once you talk to him.That's how me and my boyfriend worked out." Beth comforts me but was suddenly pushed off her seat.

"Cmon Courtney just talk to Scott!There are a lot of fans who wants to know what happened between you two.They're practically cheering you on and hating you too.Here,look!" Sierra shoves her phone to me and I scroll down to see a bunch of comments about me and Scott.

A smile appear on Courtney's face

"I'll talk to him tomorrow. Thanks Sierra."
