Rosia's POV
"Who is my real dad?"

Mom breathed in sharply and came and sat next to me on my bed ever so slowly. I swear that it was the slowest she's ever walked before.

"Sweetheart, How-how did you even come up with a question like that?"

I hadn't thought that one quite thoroughly yet. "Um... i was... I was searching around randomly." I partially lied.

She took a deep breath in and slowly released it. "Honey... do you think you're adopted?"

She looked at me. Her face had the most seriousness in it I've ever seen. It scared me a little bit.

"I... I think so. I mean, you guys have never shown me any baby pictures of me, so I kinda figured that I was."

She sighed. "We didn't want to tell you because we didn't want you to feel different about us... about what we did..."

"What do you mean?"

"Rosia, you aren't adopted. And your not our daughter either." My eyebrows knitted together in confusion. She breathed out again. "Dan and I, we figured out we couldn't have kids. We were devastated. We had tried so many times. So when we saw you falling down in a river, we knew we needed to help you. When we pulled you out, we heard someone calling out your name. We looked and saw it was Tony Stark. We've been against the Stark's for a very long time. So, knowing that you were his kid, we took you. And raised you like our own. Under the radar for a few years."

I couldn't believe it. I knew they weren't my real parents, but they basically kidnapped me and made me believe that I was their kid, that nothing was wrong.

"Sweetie, I know this is hard for you, but it was hard to give you up. You were so adorable and we loved you at first sight."

I nodded. I didn't know what to say. I mean, I basically had my first everything with them. My first adventure park, my first school, my first trip out of state, my first trip out of the country, my first everything. We only live in a trailer because of the school I'm going to. I wanted another school still in the state. People found out who I was and what I've done. That's why I can't date people.  All of our money went to the transfer.

"I didn't want to tell you because I love you. And i hope that knowing this, you'll still stay with us."

"I...I don't know." I breathed out. "I just... I just need a few."

She smiled sadly. She put her hand on my head for a second before getting up and leaving. I closed my computer and pulled my legs to my chest.

I did have a twin. Her name was Joy. My last name is Stark. I'm not an only child. And I have an adopted brother. And I almost killed him.

It felt like my world has been turned upside down. For sixteen years I thought I was an only child. Not a daughter of a multimillionaire.

The next day, I put on a red tank top, a light blue pair of jeans that had a few rips I. Then I put my hair in a messy side ponytail. I grabbed a new bag, putting all my school stuff in it, then went out in the living room. I grabbed the car keys and went outside, locking our door. I got in the small, beat down car. I drove to school.

When I got there, I took my usual parking. I got out and went to our normal meet up.

"Hey Rose!" Andrew greeted me.

"Sup guys."

I sat down. A few minutes later, Peter shows up in a wheelchair. And a girl with dyed white hair and bright blue eyes. She looked just like me. I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

The bell rang and we all went to class. I couldn't focus on anything. My mind still raced through what I was told yesterday. When class was over, I went to PE. I was paired up with Peter. But seeing as he can't stand, I had to fight her. Joy. My sister.

"Three... two... one... fight!"

We stood in a stance, basically the same stance. Feet shoulder length apart, knees bent at a 125* angle, arms about five inches from the body, and hands in a loose ball.

"Is it just me, or do we look the same?" I asked. She threw a punch and I blocked it.

"Not just you. I mean, we have the same stance, don't we?"
